COMPONENT (A) Scarifying metalled (water-bound) road surface including disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and consolidation of the aggregate received from scarifying with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity. DSR - 16.9 (33.30X0.735X107/107)

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specifcation including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mix materials by tipper to site laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base /base coarse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density 8-10 (for Top coat 150mm loose thickness minimum & minimum compacted thickness 115mm (MORT & H specification No.-406.)

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made M-40 grade chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.AR

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.60 kg/sqm. on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as MORT&H specification No. 502

Providing and laying 40 mm thick dense graded bituminous macadam (using VG-30 grade Bitumen) with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.00 to 4.50 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. Providing and applying Tack Coat with VG-10 grade bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.40 Kg per sqm. On the prepared bituminous granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including supply of all materials labour ,T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per clause 503 of MORTH specification and as per direction of the engineer- in- charge. Providing and laying 30 mm thick bituminous concrete (using VG-30 grade Bitumen) with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects. Providing and laying of hot applied thermo- plastice compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes. SOR-Sultanpur-2022 (ch-24- item2)

Retro Reflectorised Signs(Stainless steel Frame and Post with both side sings)Supply & Fixing of reflective sign board (Double side) of size 1.50x1.20 m retro reflective sheeting of HIP grade type-IV ,the board shall be fixed on 50mm SS 304 grade pipe and reflective sheet on 4 mm thick ,ACP sheet of standard make as per MORTH specification .The board shall be fixed using 2 man post 45x45x60 cm cement concrete foundation .The stainless steel joint welding of SS pipe work shall be band aand grinder property including bufting so an to give uniform shining at weded joints.The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in Indian conditions as per IRC 67:2012 & proof of the samein form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender.SOR LKO 2020-21 CH-26 SR NO 25

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.DSR15.56
