Supply and fixing 6 to 8 mm thick ivory or light shades vitrified tiles 600x600 mm size in flooring and skirting with 1:3 approved cement and coarse sand mortar finished in its cement colour slurry, jointing and polished of approved quality complete including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge. As per Ch. 14 New item No. 5.

S/F of 32 mm thick commercial quality plywood board flush shutters generally confirming to I.S. 2202 part I (1983) including fixing of wooden cleats and stops and hinges bolt nut handles, spring & other fittings & including painting with two coats or black japan on all iron fitting (S.I. No. 470 A).

2.5cm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm Graded approved stone grit laid in panels finished with 3mm floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 as specified and removing any over lapping and the joints of panels if any and giving than a uniform finished including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per S.I. No. 601a.
