Running of Guest House including wages of supervisor, cooks. Cook helpers and service boys etc. complete. All the utensils and crockeries are to be provided by department and maintenance and cleaning will be contractors responsibility. Rooms/Suits, Dining halls, Conference hall are required to make upto date on daily basis at before and after occupancy. The contractor is required to provide decent dresses to all workmen and also provide all consumables like cooking gas, detergents, odoniil cakes, Mosquito repellent liquids and room freshener and sweeping and cleaning of Guest House and surrounding area of Guest House and cleaning of manhole chamber/ Inspection chamber and septic tank, drain etc. as per direction of Engineer Incharge. Details of Daily manpower will be as under Supervisor - 1 no. in general shift Cooks - 2 nos.( in 1st shift 1 no. & 2nd shift 1 no.) Cook helpers- 2 nos.( in 1st shift 1 no. & 2nd shift 1 no.) Unskilled manpower- 7 nos. ( for servicing, cleaning, mopping of floor of rooms & toilets & dusting of rooms etc. complete.
