Disconnecting and taking down the street light fitting from the pole and repair of street light fitting of any type, capacity & make by replacement of unserviceable spare parts & making the fitting functional and refixing after repairs all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking down High Mast light from the steel tower and repair of High Mast fitting of any type, capacity & make by replacement of spare parts & making the fitting functional and refixing after repairs all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item No. 1 & 2 : (i) Spare parts/accessories required to be replace shall be measured and paid seperately as "supply only" under the relevent items. (ii) Scope of work including for minor stores ie. PVC insulation tap, screw, insulation sleeve, nut bolt & washer and flexible cable 2.5 sq mm. (iii) Any complaint measured one time in same location/pole/light during contract period. No extra payment will be made for repeating complaint on same location during contract period. (iv) Contractor shall be depute daily two Nos mistry/electrician in MES office (MRS) for receiving and rectify the complaint. (v) The rate including all the T&P of i.e. ladder/vehicle/required for execution of work shall be arrange by the contractor.

Note : Spare parts measured and paid seperately under the relevent item as "Supply only"

Supply& fixing in repairs MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps , 230 Volts, AC complete. Make : Havells/HPL/C&S.

Supply only electric contactor 3 pole suitable for (25-40) Amps 240 Volts AC complete. Make : L&T/ Siemens/C&S/BCH.

Supply only Astronomical time switch Digital type for street light 240 volts , 50 Hz complete. Make : L&T/ Havells/C&S.

M&L for painting of APFC/LT/SL panel board of any sizes with one coats of synthetic enamel paint smoke grey including preperation of old painted surfaces by scrapping of old surface and making good surface all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for earthing in repairs complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m deep below normal ground level and connected to and including galvanized iron earth wire 4 mm dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers thimbles, etc. as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I and connection to main switch board/test point/panel/equipment and testing on including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m, charcoal and salt in alternate layer 15cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and 15mm bore 3m long GI pipe light grade for earth wire protection fixed with poles with two clamps, made from MS flat 25mm x 3mm bolts, nuts and washers, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C1, 40mm thick precast RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 shallb e provided o CI frame etc.complete all as specified & as directed.

Note :- (i) Earth lead beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch & GI pipe light grade 15mm dia for protection against mechanical damage to lead shall be measured separately. (ii) On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

S&F in repairs steel tubular swaged pole 09 meter long type 410 SP-31 with & including two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow strips 30 cm each upto 1.20 metre height from top of PCC coping/pedestal and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer to remaining portion of pole and marking pole number and including dismantling and taking down old unserviceable pole 09 metre long all as specified & as directed. Make : NTC, India Tube co, Bombay Tube, Jindal steel product. Note : (i) Excavation & earthwork, PCC in foundation & coping shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Serviceable street light fitting and pole mounted junction box taking out from us pole and same refixing the new pole.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty LT under ground electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 10 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cable. Make : Havells/Finolax/Polycab. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

All as per serial item No 27.00 here-in-before but of cross sectional area 6 sqmm 2 core.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5Mtr width n.exc 1.5 Mtr in depth for laying of cables & foundation of poles, stay assembly and getting cut in any type of soil.

M & L for sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M/L for brick work with FLY ASH BRICKS as Per IS-13757(1993) burnt clay fly ash building bricks, with width equal to the length of the brick laid dry & flat abutted with each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc 10 mm over UG cable for protection and complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in any type soil

Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a levelnot exc 1.5 Mtr abovethe starting point.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, or fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road,pavement, hard standing by trench less technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 80 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of stay assembly & poles and similar works complete all as specified. Note : Volume of pole/strut embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in mass concrete for pole all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping concrete for pole all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix in repairs Distribution board, sheet metal enclosure single door 240 volts, AC, factory made, fixed on pole with necessary welding work, suitable for mounting Isolators/MCBs with bus bars, two ways including taking down unserviceable distribution board and making good with black painting in two coat to the disturbed poles.
