Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per 1S: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete.: Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. a) All works upto plinth level Concrete of M40 grade with minimum cement content of 390 kg/cum

Design, supply & installation of suspended Spider Glazing system designed to withstand the wind pressure as per IS 875 (Part-III). The Suspended System held with Spider Fittings of SS-316 Grade Steel of approved manufacturer with glass panel having 12 mm thick clear toughened glass held together with SS-316 Grade Stainless steel Spider & bolt assembly with OR without laminated glass fins 21 mm thick. The Glass fins and glass panel assembly shall be connected to Slab/beams wherever required by means of SS-316 Grade stainless steel brackets & Anchor bolts and at the bottom using SS channel of 50x25x2 mm using fastener & anchor bolts, non staining weather sealants of approved make, Teflon/ nylon bushes and separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts, all complete to perform as per specification and approved drawings. The complete system to be designed to accommodate thermal expansion & seismic movements etc. The joints between glass panels (6 to 8 mm) and gaps at the perimeter & in U channel of the assembly to be filled with non staining weather sealant, so as to make the entire system fully water proof & dust proof. The rate shall include all design, Engineering and shop drawing including approval from structural designer, labour, T&P, scaffolding, other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary services all fitting fixers nut bolts, washer, Buffer plates, fastener, anchors, SS channel laminated. glass etc. all complete. For the purpose of payment, actual elevation area. of Glazing including thickness of joints and the portion of Glass panel inside the SS channel shall be measured. Note: 1) The glazing system proposed is to be used as cladding system for Lift and its structure. 2) Design of the glazing system to be carried out with connections to the MS structure as proposed by structural consultant. 3) Apart from material testing, appropriate recommended tests for welding, joints, junctions, connections for the whole assembly will be carried out as per relavent IS code OR directions of Engineering In Charge.
Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel boits etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing structural consultancy for the structural portion of lift from basement to 7th floor including design, detailing, required site visits (for site assessment and additional ten site visits during construction as required by Enginering In Charge on notice of 2 days), sampling of construction material for onward testing, construction / as built drawings, taking approval of all statutory compliances for installation and operationalisation of lift, its associated structure, footings, all connections, components of glass facade (Glass facade to be designed in the relavent schedule item no. 7, however loading components to be considered in overall design), finalisation of quantities for the items to be used, etc. all Complete as per the scope i/c feasibility study, structural engineering design, archetictural design, MEP design, final approval from concerned authorities to make lifts operational, vetting of structural designs and drawings from IIT/NIT/Govt Engineering College, periodic site visit, carrying out site test to assess the structure stability i/c cost of NDT, preparation of submission of construction and as built drawings in soft copies in relavent format and 03 sets of coloured printed copies duely vetted, etc. all complete as per direction of engineering in charge. Note: 1) AAI will provide the drawings available with it and under no circumstances agency has any right to demand structural / as built drawings OR available designs for further design OR assessment purpose. In such eventuality, agency has to assess the existing structure stability by using structural assessement i/c but not limited to NDT wherever required. 2) The agency shall get approval of Engineering In Charge before appointing the structural consultant. The structural consultant due to be appointed must have rendered similar structural consultancy works directly under Central Government/ State Government / PSU / Reputed firms by submitting work completion certificate issued by these organisation. (In case of any private firm experience TDS certificate to be produced to establish the work carried out by structural consultant.) 3) The structural consultant / agency will intimate AAI of the IIT/NIT/Government Engineering College from where the vetting is to be done. The consultant / agency shall coordinate for the time schedule to be taken by IIT/ NIT/ Government Engineering College so as to ensure adherence of overall time of submission by the consultant and contractor as specified. No additional time period or any cost shall be allowed to the contractor for this perpose. 4) Major engineering designs, decisions and specifications shall be reviewed by AAI to the extend desired. Approval of any design by IIT/NIT/Government Engineering College OR AAI shall however, not relieve the structural consultant and the agency in discharging their responsibilities regarding adequacy of design and proper execution of the work. The consultant shall be fully responsible for adequacy, accuracy and quality of the structural design and safty of the structure. The services rendered by the consultant shall be in accordance with the acceptable standards of safety, environment and public health. 5) The structural consultant must get all the statutory compliances and approvals to make the lifts operational from concerned statutory bodies applicable.
Providing and fixing Chemical Anchor fastener of Dia 20mm and depth of anchorage 300mm (Hilti Rod HIT-V 8.8 M20x300 or equivalent) and chemical (Hilti RE 500 or Equivalent) i/c drilling of appropriate dia, pull out test wherever required, scaffolding of all heights to fix the anchor, repairs / painting to the drilled / working portion after fixing, supervision / site visit by the OEM supplier, etc. complete as per direction of Engineering In Charge.
Applying 50 micron powder coating of required colour and texture over MS section including finishing the surface, making it even and smooth, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineering In Charge.
Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with 80 kg/cum density resin bonded fiber glass or 144 Kg/ cu m density mineral wool (non Combustible) pipe section insulation covered with a layer of 120 gm/sqm polythene sheet (vapour barrier) and finally applying 0.63mm aluminium sheet cladding complete with type3 , grade 1 roofing feltstrip(as per IS:1322 as amended up to date ) at joints and repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required. Note: The Pipes of sizes 150mm & below shall be M.S. 'C' class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35mm thick M.S. Sheet for pipes upto 350 mm dia. and from minimum 7mm thick MS sheet for pipes of 400 mm dia and above. 250mm dia.(75 mm thick insulation)
