Cutting in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work,jumper work, saturated soil including chiselling/wedging out of rocks (where blasting work is prohibited)conglomerate rocks and mixed variety of soil etc.up to all leads and lifts stacking the serviceable and unserviceable material separately and disposal of excavated earth within all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work in all kinds and classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in hard or soft rocks and chiselling/wedging out of rocks(where blasting work is prohibited) lift up to all height, stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layer when required into plinth sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Wire crates made of Interlink chain filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (interlink chain to be measured and paid for separately) within all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge.
