Supply and fix Aluminium powder coated of 18 mm width, three track sliding window frame with shutters with (2 nos glazed and one wire gauzed shutter) including all necessary joining cleats, hold fast, rubber gasket, snap beading and locking arrangements fixed with screws to wall etc. complete with glazing and including 5 mm thick tinted glass to aluminium frame work using rubber gasket and including stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36 mm dia & average width of aperture 1.40mm with staple or suitable fillets wire mesh fitted with screws and washers etc with the following section of frame and shutter:- (A) Sections for shutter :- (i) "H' section 39 x 20 x 1.50 mm thick. Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised trasparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standerd section and fix to the existing window frame with C.P braas/stainless steel screws @ 200mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium stander section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of engineer in charge. (only weight of grill to be measured for payment)

Removing of concrete all around reinforcement bar upto 12 mm dia and over from behind the reinforcing bars average 25mm (but not less than 15mm air gap)by manual methods (using wire brushing ,chiselling etc) and applying chloride free rust removing chemical on rusting steel reinforcement bar and removing all rust from steel reinforcement bar by emery paper and cleaning the area throughly by water and allow it to dry and totally rust free of reinforcement bar all as complete as per manufacturer's instruction as specified and as directed.

Material , labour and prepared existing reinforcement surface by brush and application two component epoxy zincrich primer on existing reinforcement surface of minimum specific gravity 1.75, adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.50N/mm2 and maximum coverage area 5.00 Sqm per litre complete all as specified and directed.(INCL necessary scaffolding)

Material and labour for introducing new reinforcement bars upto 12 mm dia and over for structural connection in RCC beams, columns, lintel and slabs including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth of 150mm and upto 200mm including power drilling,fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy, cleaning of loose dust by blowing air, sealing with epoxy cartridges etc all as specified and directed inluding necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

Material , labour and placing in position free flow shrinkage cementitious micro concrete of compressive strength, flexural strength shall not be less than 50 MPa at 28 days , 5MPa at 28 days respectively for strengthening of beams, columns & other structural elements of average thickness 50mm and including surface preparation & suitable type formwork etc. as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, materials and application of two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar of compressive strength, flexural strength shall not be less than 45 MPa at 28 days , 7MPa at 28 days respectively (Maximum coverage area 1.3 sqm per 25 kg pack @ 10 mm thickness) over a coat of epoxy Bonding agent on existing surface for strengthening of beams, columns & other structural elements of average thickness 25mm and morter shall be applied in layers n.exc 6mm thick in layers and including surface preparation as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- This item shall be executed where shuttering is not possible or small patch repairs of structural elements.

Material , labour for applying of high efficiency polymeric resin base film forming curing agent/compound over concrete surface and maximum coverage area 5.00 Sqm per litre as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (INCL necessary scaffolding)

Dismantling of existing Expansion joint system and M & L applying TPO/FPO based joints sealing membrane, Sikadur Combiflex SG (150x2mm) with epoxy adhesive, Sikadur 31 C ( the joint shall be packed withing polystyrene board before application of Combiflex ). Then providing Sika pllystrene sealant into the gap after proper surface prepration after filling the gap with polyurethene backer rod, followed by precast RCC slab (1:2:4 ) 50 mm thick placed over the joint with minimum 150 mm projection on either side with proper drip course of size (length) n.exc. 1.2 mtr each and sealing the joints of precast RCC slab with exterior grade silicone sealant of size i.e. 10 mmx 10 mm balance with polystrene board complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr -in-Charge.

Supply and Application Cementitious Grouting Admixture with the Cement slurry at a dosage 225 ml per bag of cement and injecting with high pressure by a Pressure grouting Pump through non return PVC nozzles Prefix with rapid setting cementitious Plugging Mortar to fill all possible pores and gaps left within the old concrete mass.
