Dismantling and taking out carefully without damaging the brick masonry wall the wrought iron or mild steel work of any description damaged/ broken MS valve pit cover(frame with sheet) , ladder of water reservoir, shallow wells, strainer of foot valve etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabricate and fixing MS framed equal angle grills, gratings, framed guard bars, ladder, framework of Valve pit cover, water tanks, shallow wells etc, or similar work as ordered and fabricated from MS rolled section of any size and shape as directed and fixed at position with all fixing accessories complete.

M & L for Preparation of metal surfaces of any description, applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of color as directed by the Engr-in-charge over a coat of red oxide primer complete .

Fixing only valve pit cover with frame on brick work properly without damaging any portion of valve pit and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as directed (existing valve pit cover and frame obtained shall be used.)

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable centrifugal pump set (Pump & Motor ) of capacity up to 5HP, of any Make/Model from its foundation by disconnecting water and electric connections, decoupling of pumps from motor shifting the Pump/Motor as directed and shifting to workshop for repair of unserviceable pump and carryout the following repair: a) Opening the pump completely part by part without damaging any parts,descaling and cleaning of all parts for inspection and finding serviceability / unserviceability of the parts. Note : (I) Spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items as supply only. (ii) Unit rate is deemed to be included for replacement of all Packing glad nuts, Packing gland, Packing, Impellar lock nuts , nuts and lock washer and any gaskets etc, required during repair.

Material and Labour for Rewinding of Centrifugal Motor of capacity up to 7.5 HP, 3Ph, 415V, AC, 50Hz with super enameled copper wire of same gauge and same number of turns and applying insulating varnish including removing the burnt out winding with out damaging to other parts and cleaning the slots etc and testing complete all as directed .

Supplying, laying in repairs and jointing by welding heavy duty class 'C' MS pipe of 100 mm bore confirming to IS 1239 incl fittings i.e. Tees, bends, elbow , unions, reducers, flanges etc as required and applying two coat of fire red enamel paint over a coat of anti corrosive paint complete all as directed.

Supply and Fix water supply distribution /installation board made with ACP board of size not less than 7x4 feet fixing to aluminum frame of required size, inkjet printing the colored layout submitted to the Engr-in-charge on water proof PVC sheet along with provision for LED lightning on top complete including necessary fixing arrangements as required at site.
