Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M width and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and getting out hard/dense soil for laying of pipe line all as specified.

Returning filling in inlcuding spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick obtained from excavation all as specified

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and deposited at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above from the starting point all as specified

Supply,install,testing commissioning Chemical dosing system plunger type suitable to inject solution upto 25 LPH comprising dosing pump coupled with three phase electric motor of capacity 0.5 HP,1440 RPM, 415V,50Hz, assembled with agitator in one motor, agitator with SS sweep blade duly FRP coated, FRP tank 150 litres capacity, working pressure 10Kg /sqcm,adjustable output 5% to 100%, 2.5% increments, self priming continuous dosing complete unit mounted on heavy duty MS fabricated frame duly anticorrosive paint complete with Chemical grade PVC NRV. all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay UPVC pipe 20mm inner dia, heavy duty grade including fittings like elbow,tee,bend,socket etc, for inlet and outlet water connections for dosing pumps fixed on wall, laid in floor/ trench all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix gun metal globe or gate valves,with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for UPVC pipes of size 20mm dia including ISI marked male sockets etc asper requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Bib taps of size 20mm dia standard of PTMT any colour screwed, for iron pipe and fixed (minimium weight 125 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay of GI pipe 20mm dia medium grade including fittings such as bends, reducer, elbows, union, clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs etc fixed complete to ceiling/ wall, laid under floor complete all as specified and directed.(for taking supply from existing bldg over head tanks).

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for valve chamber etc complete for making foundation of dosing plant as per the manufacturers design all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Sub main wiring complete with four runs of 4.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable with two run of 4 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable as earth contuinuity conductor, drawn through and including suitable size of non metallic rigid PVC conduits and conduit accessories surface for taking connection from existing panels all as specified and as directed. [NOTE :- 4 runs of 4.0 sqmm cable, 2run of 4 sqmm copper conductor cable and two run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length/running metre.

Supply and fix on surface, sheet metal enclosures for DB'sMCBs to be used, SPN,4 way, single door, 415 V, AC, 50Hz with tinned copper bus bar ,neutral link earth link complete

Supply and fix MCB, TPN, 20 Amps, 415 V, AC 50Hz complete all as directed.

M&L for cutting, drillig,clamping,inserting brass/stainless steel ferruls in existing CI/DI/GI water distribution mains of any size and dia to feed chemical water from dising pump all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor of capacity 1.5 TR inverter type complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality of capacity including outdoor and indoor fixing materials like clampset and fastner bolts, testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Industrial type Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed

M&L for circuit/sub main wiring complet with two runs of 6.0 Sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit and conduit accessories fixed on concealed with suitable clamps / saddles including with One runs of 6.0 Sqmm of PVC FRLS copper cable for earth continuity all as specified and directed. ( Note : 3 runs of 6 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit together shall be measured as one unit length.).

Supply, install, connecting, testing and commissioning of voltage stabiliser for automatic operation of capacity 5KVA naturally air cooled indoor type, single phase, designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230-250V AC complete all spedifide and directed.
