Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (1) All Kind of Soil. (HSR 4.12.1)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level: (HSR 6.1) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). (HSR 6.1.6).

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: (HSR 7.21.2) Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand).

Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete 1 :2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill): 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) (HSR 6.8.1) 50 mm thick

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 confonning to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor four level in cement mortar 1 :6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) : (HSR 7.23.2) With Modular bricks

Plastering on wall 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1 :6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) : (HSR 11.5.4)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade (HSR 11.93.1) New work (Two or more coats applied@ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 2.0 mm thickness, including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm, or base ties of 2.00 mm, pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S. pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge: (HSR 13.3). Profile B Fixing with adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb. (HSR 13.3.1.1).

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. (HSR 12.37). 25 mm thick (for cupboard) including ISI marked nickel plated bright finished M.S. Piano hinges IS : 3818 marked with necessary screws. (HSR 12.37.3).

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : (2) 5.5 mm thick glass panes. (HSR 13.10.2).

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws: (2) 30 mm thick shutters. (1) with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size. (2) 30 mm thick. (HSR 12.19.2.1.2).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. (HSR 30.22)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having voe content (HSR 30.25)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade) (HSR 30.38.2)

Preparation of ply wood surface for painting including sand papering the surface and applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of white lead, linseed oil, varnish and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to required finish complete. (HSR 11.76).

Applying pink primer or aluminium priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface, Knotting and stopping etc. (HSR 11.77).

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade. (HSR 11.78).

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. (2) Size of Tile 600x600 mm. (HSR 10.63.2).

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. (2) Size of Tile 600x600 mm. (HSR 10.67.2).

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : (1) In 75x75 mm deep chase. (HSR 9.17.1).

Providing & laying 150 mm Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material - Grading-I (Table:- 400-2) Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.of MORT&H specifications. Grading I material (HSR 17.15.1) Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by the engineer

Providing and Laying 80 mm thick ISi marked lntertocking Paver Blocks conforming to IS 15658:2006/IRC SP 63: 2004 of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M 40 over the bed of 30 mm thick fine sand complete in all respect. (HSR 17.69.2)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (2) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. (HSR 13.29.2)

Providing & fixing printed Ayushman Bharat Ceramic tile of approved make laid in any pattern i.c. Ayushman Logo & Beti Bacho, Beti Padhao & Door & window frame flower Ball, Health & Wellness Centre Logo, Signage of Ayshman as specified by the Engineer-in-charge of work complete in all respect as per PWD specification (NS)
