Earth work in excavation for foundation in ordinary soil (loarm, clay, or sand including lift up to 1.50M and lead up to 30.00 m and also including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in-charge up to a lead of 50.00M.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 Cement :5 coarse sand :10 stone ballast 40mm nominal size ) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge, also including cost of form work in foundation & floors.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 stone ballast 40mm nominal size ) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge, also including cost of form work in foundation & floors.

M-150 brick work in foundation & plinth with 1:6 (1 cement and 6 part coarse sand ) cement mortar including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (Note :- Available bricks, received after dismentling of existing drain, shall be used in re-construction of drain. Quantity of available bricks assumed in Estimate 117005 nos @ Rs. 7300.00 per 1000 nos. = Rs 854136.50. Cost of available bricks shall be recovered from contractor bills as per current UPPWD SOR )

M-150 brick work in foundation & plinth with 1:3 (1 cement and 3 part coarse sand ) cement mortar including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work .

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5 :3 in roof slab excluding supply of steel reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W. G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and sypply of all materials labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work, excluding cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra.

M.S. (tor steel or plain ) in plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for brought to required shape as necessary and including supply of steel & its wastage, bend hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measure and including cost of binding wire for proper completion of the work.

25 mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of size 12.5 mm and below ) by laid over base concerete finished with floating coat of neat cement including all labour, material , T&P etc. but without base concrete.

5.0 cm thick 1:1.5:3 plain cement concrete floor with one part cement, 1.5 part approved coarse sand and 3 part 20mm graded approved stone grit laid in panels finished with 3mm floating coat of neat cement including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12MM thick plaster with cement mortar in 1:4 cement & fine sand of 1.25 F.M. complete including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 coarse sand, 4 graded stone grit 20mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of form work in foundation & floors.

Struck pointing 1:2 with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 parts of coarse sand of 1.25 fineness modulus including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete.

Flush pointing 1:2 with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 parts of coarse sand of 1.25 fineness modulus including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete.

Finishing walls with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new work with two coats to give and even shade including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
