REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF FITTINGS AND FIXTURES OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATON SYSTEM AT AF STATION JAIPUR

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket, power) of any description & in any position with and including all fitting, accessories & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings call bell, lamp holders etc and making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Old fittings/fixtures/accessories like switch, sockets, lamp holders, regulators etc found in serviceable condition shall be removed carefully for reuse in the work and shall be paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light point or one fan point controlled by one way switch with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, FR single core, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade in non metallic rigid PVC oval conduit/PVC casing caping (Medium grade) of suitable size not less then 20 mm dia including necessary accessories like bends, tees, elbow etc fixed on wall/ceiling all as directed with using 2nd class hard woodedn board/new sunken type pressed MS box/terminal boxes of suitable size with plastic laminated white coloured sheet top cover 3mm thick for mounting fittings wiring accessories with and including all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor FR single core conductor, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 02 here-in-before but point wiring for One 3 pin 5 amps socket outlet on independent board .

Description all as per item No 02 here-in-before but point wiring for power plug 15 Amps on independent board with using 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor PVC insulated & unsheathed cable. Make: Havells/L&T/ Finolex/ Standard/ Nicco/Polycab/Plaza

M&L for as in repair sub main wiring using two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable FRLS of size 2.50 Sqmm of voltage rating upto and including 1100 Volts drawn in and including PVC casing caping on surface or recessed as required medium grade with standard accessories, along-with one run of PVC insulated , unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 1.50 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor all as specified and directed. (NOTE : (i) Two run of single core PVC cable FRLS with one run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit. (ii) Make of Cable/wire:- : Havells/L&T/ Finolex/ Standard/ Nicco/Polycab/Plaza & Make of PVC Conduit:-Finolex/Kalinga)).

All as per item No 5 here-in-before but 4.00 Sqmm and 2.50 sqmm earth wire.

Dismantling & Taking out MCB DBs any size , any type and capacity and remove materials from site of works complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing of factory made sheet metal enclosure Double door for DB’s 8 way 230 volts with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar for single phase and neutral supply complete fixed properly in any position and to connect their incoming/outgoing electric connections by means of suitable sizes of lugs/thimbles and to provide required sizes of flexible conduit at any open surfaces near DB’s of cables/wires all as directed.
