Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain/reinforced cement concrete design mix to obtain minimum compressive strength of grade M-30 (M- thirty) using minimum cement contents of 0.407 (zero decimal four zero seven) tonne per cubic metre in wearing coat including reinforcement complete with bending, binding, straightening of bars, cost of binding wire and cost of curing and form work complete in all heights/depths as per drawing and technical specifications and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of Reinforced cement concrete railing of M-30 grade (M-thirty) in cast in situ with 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size aggregate true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical railing post not to exceed 1 in 500 (one in five hundred) centre to centre spacing between vertical posts not to exceed 2000 mm (two thousand millimetre) leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion complete including the cost of reinforcement, form work and curing complete as per approved drawing and MORTH technical specifications section 2700, 1500, 1600 and 1700 and as per the entire satisfaction and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, height and other incidentals. Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes to level as shown in the drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at site according to the MORD technical specification clause 302, 304 & 1603 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to required width of the road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. Recovery of stones to the tune of 51.21 Cum quantity cubic metres at the rate of 300/- (Rupees Three hundred) per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor's running bills on pro-rate basis as per actual quantity executed. Providing and filling joint sealing compound as per drawing and technical specification with coarse sand and 6% (Six precent) bitumen by weight as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drain and Parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- In - Charge including setting out, shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arises out during dewatering as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275Kg. (Zero point two seven five Kilogram) per Square metre on granular surface as per MORD technical specifications clause 503 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30 mm (thirty milimetres) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP (Hot Mix Plant) producing an average output of 75 tonnes (Seventy five) tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade-Ten) @ 5.5% (Five point Five point) percent of weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause 507 complete in all respect and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, height and other incidentals.
