M & L for dismantling centrifugal pump coupled with electric motor capacity 10 to 15 HP 3 phase 415 V of overhauling the pumpsets including cleaning with kerosene/petrol for removing the scales and replacement of necessary parts of case ring, latern ring, shaft sleeve, CI gland covers with MS studs, ball bearings, coupling key, rubber bush nut & bolts, impeller key, lock washer, gasket, and greasing, re-assembling same in position, testing and commissioning the following capacity pump sets complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing electric motor capacity 10 to 15 HP, 3 Phase 415V, 50 cycles, AC from foundation/coupling opening the motor cutting and the burnt windings including bearings necessary spares parts, cleaning the sator and water with cleaning agent, rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge of super enamelled copper wire of approved make, insulating winding with same class of insulation, varnishing backing up indication supply and provision of base foundation and fixing with bolts, nuts and re-installation of motor satisfactory perfomance of Engineer-in-charge.

Desludging of existinng sewage sump by mechanical means or manually and removing the sludge in closed container outside MOD land including providing necessary safety equipments to the worksmen deployed all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm gradded stone aggregate as in floors finished even and smooth including demolation.complete all as specified and directed by Engr -In- charge.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete chemical treated interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade including 25 mm thick sand cusion complete all as specified and directed by Engr -In- charge.

M & L for nonskid ceramic coloured tiles in floorl surface 300x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match laid over and included 15 mm thick cement mortar secrewed bed in cm (1:6) including roughing of excluding floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -In- charge.

Takiking down cement plaster in any thickenss from brick or stone tc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ready mix plaster of 15mm thick on brick or conc surfaces incl necessary cement slurry with bulk density 1.40 to 1.70kg , water ratio 17 to 19% by weight & compressive strength as per IS 4031 part 6 applied as per manufacture instruction.

M&L for applying two coat of white wash on wall on decorated or undecorated surface complete all as specified.

M& L second class HW clean swan unframed work complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Supply and Fix in repair 45W High efficient LED Street light fitting with pressure die cast LM6 Aluminum housing and has lenses specially designed for Street Lighting with polycarbonate cover. System level efficacy of the Luminarie is 100lm/W with a life class of 50,000 burning hours at L70. The color temperature is around 6500 K with a color rendering index of 70. The luminaire is IP:66 protected with IK05 impact resistance. It has an electronic driver complaint to IEC safety standards with a power factor>.0.9, voltage variation range 120-270V, THD<20%, High and low protection along with a surge protection of 4 KV including provision of 40mm dia GI light grade pipe1.5 meter length bend to shape and necessary clamps etc for fixing the light fittings on pole fixed complete as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring ( light, fan , socket or power) excluding complete fittings fixture such as switches Ceiling roses, pen dents regulators, sockets etc to be measured separately and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repair MCCB 160 Amps, FP 415 volts 16 KA 50 HZ with thermal magnetic setting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing Ventilating Fan 250 mm sweep, 1250 RPM, non metallic resin body, single phase 240 volts AC 50 Hz and connecting up complete including louvers and provision of making holes and copper cable 3 core of size 0.5 sqmm for connection from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F switch fuse unit TPN 440V 50Hz AC 200A with HRC fuse including connecting, testing with suitable size aluminium lugs as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

GI Strip of size 25 x 3mm as in earth continuity conductor fixed to wall on batten or recess or cases or buried in ground or any other situation for loop earthing as required at site.

M&L in replacement sheet metal enclosure, single pole and neutral with a two pin and earth plug and socket 240 Volts grade 20Amps complete with one single pole MCB 'C' series 10/20 A capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for disconnecting all the cable connection from indoor LT Panel and servicing to Panel board (Approximate size 1700mm x1300mm x 300mm) opening up all cubical doors, cleaning with air blower, removing the burnt out unserviceable copper wiring kit and burn out unserviceable extended copper terminals/copper cable and replacing with new copper extended terminal bus bar with suitable size along with required nut bolt, washers and cleaning with air blower to serviceable parts like MCCB's, all terminals, replacement of damaged aluminium/copper lugs any discription of LT UG cable/ copper wire incomming and out going, welding of broken door with suitable hinges, replacement of defective copper wiring with suitable copper conductor with circuit indiator replacement of defective rubber beading,writing various feeder complete all as specified and as directed.
