REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF CEILING FANS WALL FAN EXHAUST FANS AND GEYSER AT VSN NAGPUR

M & L for disconnecting electric supply, taking down fan, dismantling blades carefully after unscrewing nuts and bolts of ceiling fan, wall fan, exhaust fan of any make from existing position and bringing to AGE E/M store yard for repairs, overhauling, oiling, greasing and cleaning all dusts and rehanging in position and connecting up electrically including minor items like split pins complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. Note: Complaint slip regarding the fan should be obtained from concerned JE (E/M) of AGE E/M office every day and completion on the complaint must be intimated to concerned JE (E/M) after rectification every day. Rewinding work and replacement of spares shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items. No supporting materials, tools and plants shall be issued by MES to contractor.

Carrying out the following repairs to ceiling fan, Wall Mounted Fan of any make and testing complete of sizes given below all as specified and as directed (a) Rewinding to ceiling/wall fan motor assembly complete with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge for 48 " (1200 mm ) sweep fan including varnishing, drying up, providing fresh clean lubricant oil/grease, reassembling and tesing etc complete.

Supply & replace ball bearing 6201/ 6202/ 6203 for 48 " (1200 mm ) sweep fan including taking down old unserviceable ball bearing complete all as specified and directed. Make : TATA, SKF, NBC

M&L for painting to ceiling fans, of any make and of any sizes with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint including blades, down rod complete including removing old paint by sand papers, dusting, cleaning including filling cavities with filler before applying paint and marking MES No in black paint all as specified and as directed (Note : Fan shall be painted by machine spray painting and not manually)

Carrying out following repairs to exhaust/wall fan PVC Body of any make and size given below and testing complete all as specified and as directed (a) Rewinding to exhaust fan motor assembly complete with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge including varnishing, drying up, providing fresh clean lubricant oil/grease, reassembling and tesing etc complete for following sizes: - (i) upto 12" (300 mm) sweep

(b) Supply & replace Fan Blade PVC upto size suitable for 300 mm Exhaust fan as per sample.

(c) Supply & replace exhaust fan motor metal body suitable for upto size 300 mm Exhaust fan PVC body.

Carrying out following repairs to exhaust fan Metal Body of any make and size given below and testing complete all as specified and as directed (a) Rewinding to exhaust fan motor assembly complete with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge including varnishing, drying up, providing fresh clean lubricant oil/grease, reassembling and tesing etc complete for following sizes: - (i) upto 12" (305 mm) sweep

(ii) All as per Item NO 8 herein above but above 12" and upto 18" (457 mm) sweep

(b) S & F Fan Blade Metal body including frame and legs suitable for upto size 300 mm Exhaust fan

(c) S & F Fan Blade Metal body including frame and legs suitable for upto size 450 mm Exhaust fan

(d) S & F exhaust fan motor metal body suitable for upto size 12" (305 mm Exhaust fan

(e) S & F exhaust fan motor metal body suitable for upto size 18" (450 mm) Exhaust fan

Taking down exhaust fan for cleaning of heavy oil fumes deposited in exhaust fan both metal body or PVC body of size 150 mm to 450 mm with suitable chemical and refixing it back with suitable required nut, bolt etc. NOTE: Rates are deemed to be included of nut, bolt, chemical, disconnection and reconnection. Cleaning of exhaust fan will be done at AGE E/M store yard in front of detailed MES representive.

S & F 'D' clamp after cutting the ceiling of roof and binding with reinforcement and making good with cement reinforcement and finishing with matching with existing surfaces, including anchor bolt having four nuts and washers for hanging of ceiling fans complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F GI pipe 15 mm dia light grade including cutting, threading and making holes for the purpose of down rods to ceiling fans with making good by white/colour painting all as specified and as directed by EIC. (Length of pipe as required in ground)

S & F 3 core, 1.5 Sq mm PVC round sheathed insulated flexible copper cable grade 1100 volts including taking down old unserviceable cable all as specified and as directed by EIC. Make of cable : Polycab, Anchor, Finolex, HPL (white colour)

S & F 3 core, 2.5 Sq mm PVC round sheathed insulated flexible copper cable grade 1100 volts including taking down old unserviceable cable all as specified and as directed by EIC. Make of cable : Polycab, Anchor, Finolex, HPL (white colour)

Taking down unserviceable water heater (Geyser) of size 25/35/50 Ltrs for checking of defects and repairs including disconnecting water connection by unscrewing/cutting the existing GI pipe, threading as necessary for new connection (including GI tubing in short lengths/fittings) and refixing after carrying out repairs and replacement of spares including connecting to water supply, electric connection using suitable size multistranded copper cables and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevent of BOQ

Supply & replace heating elements fo geysers of any type and any size including taking down the old unserviceable heating element for the following capacities all as specified and as directed by EIC. Note: - The element shall be round / triangular or any type as per existing or as directed (a) 1.5 KW of make (Toshiba/ Comet/hot max/Ralison) with ISI mark ( As per sample)

(b) 2.0 KW of make (Toshiba/ Comet) with ISI mark (As per sample)

Supply & replace following type of indicating lamp (Red/ Green) for Geysers including taking down old unserviceable indicating lamp all as specified and as directed by EIC. (a) Round type

(b) Rectangular type

S & F 15mm bore size of gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe conforming to IS including taking down the old unserviceable gate valve all as specified and directed

S & F thermostat suitable for geyser of any capacity, any make(as per sample) including taking down old unserviceable thermostat all as specified and as directed by EIC.

S & F 15 m dia size with PTMT nuts flexible connection pipe with steel wire braided hose 46 cm (18 inch) long and to withstand pressure upto 1.2 MPa including taking down the old unserviceable PVC pipe all as specified and as directed

S & F plug top 15 A suitable for geyser upto 2.5 KW all as specified and as directed

M & L for making holes in surface wall for exhaust fan upto 450 mm size all including plastering and making good the disturbed surface all as specified and as directed

S & F Mild steel work in framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and counter sunk for srew, including bending and welding angles as necessary and similar work including bending and welding angles as necessary also including nut & Bolts Complete all as specified and directed

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed.
