Construction of CC Road and Drain from Opposite New Check Post Dhole Banglow to Grave Yard Compound in Aland Town of Aland Taluka.Under CMIDP Fund for the Year 2025-26

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 a) Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 251.50 lakhs

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 b) Satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least one single similar nature of work such as CC Road Construction of value not less than Rs. 62.87 Lakhs

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23,2023-24&2024-25 Executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work: 1) Earth work Excavation/Subgrade 2353.00 m3, 2) GSB 693.60 m3 3) WMM 598.68 m3 4) RCC/PCC 837.00 m3

Maximum of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the in the last five years (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. (Financial turn over of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2025-26)

Similar nature of work completed, Updated to the Financial Year in which the tenders are invited. The value of the completed works shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited

Tenderer should further demonstrate

Qualification and experience of the key technical and Management personnel in permanent employment with the Tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this work, if work is awarded.

Liquid Assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 63.00 lakhs (Credit Lines/letter of credit/ certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc from the Nationalized bank/ Scheduled Banks

Report on the financial standing of the Tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditors report for the last five years.

Latest Income Tax Clearance Certificate

Assessed Tender Capacity shall be more than the Tendered Amount

Constitutional or Legal Status of the Tenderer

Information of the works for which Tender acceptance letters are received.

Information on works which are yet to be completed

The proposed methodology and program of construction, backed with equipment planning and deployment, duly supported with broad calculations and quality control procedures proposed to be adopted, justifying their capability of execution and completion of the work as per technical specifications within the stipulated period of completion.

Value at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be executed during the next 06 months(Financial commitment of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2025-26, (Monthwise commitment shall be furnished).
