Part-B COMPREHNSIVE MAINTENANCE OF above Air Conditioning System (installed at Part-A) at Kaiga 5&6 office buiding:The preventive & break down maintenance of above Air Conditioning System shall be carried out for a period of 2 years by continous engaging manpower with support of requisite spares. The equipment has to be kept healthy & working condition during entire contract period by daily condition monitoring. The preventive maintenances shall be carried out once in three months & same will be considered as one operation. And break downs if any shall be attended during the entire contract period on priority. The necessay check lists for PM/BM/CM shall be arranged by the bidder. The duly filled check lists shall be submitted to the EIC/his authorised representative for verification. All as per technical specifications.
