Material and Labour for Periodically maintenance and repairs of existing all type earthing including testing of earthing using calibrated earth tester & submitting result to engr -in -charge. Earthing which showing much more results as specified in IS rule and disconnetivity should be replaced with new earthing items are considered as below.Note : (i) Watering of earthing with 2 Buckets (30Ltrs) water mixed with salt (total 5 Kg) shall be carried out one day before the testing & the cost of the same shall deemed included in unit rate quoted. (ii) Approx 15 earthing shall be carried out periodically maintenance once in a month including testing of result complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for painting on wall with synthetic enameled paint of black colour of 200 x 150 mm size and writing work for earth test result with date & year all as specified and directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with M.S. galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal GL) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5M below normal GL, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel incl excavation, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber with RCC cover (1:2:4) type B0, 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia bar, 3 Nos. both way, 15 mm dia light grade GI protection pipe, funnel with wire mesh,watering pipe of size 20 mm dia med. grade, lugs, main Earthing lead upto 7.5 mtr incl. Charcoal dust, salt etc. all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt-I, 2009 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Result of the earthing should be less then 4 ohms if not achieved the new earthing to be carried out without any extra cost.

All as per srl item No 3 here-in-before but using GI strip of size 25x4mm as earthing lead complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ;normal ground level ) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip 20X3 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts washers and check nuts of steel/GI duly protected with 40 mm bore light grade pipe upto main board , 20mm bore watering pipe light grade with CI/MS funnel and wire mesh including excavation , earth work in any type of soil and removing the surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr, add charcoal dust and common salt after mixing with BFC (Back Fill Compound) inadeqate quantity as recommended by the manufacturer or as diirectred by the Engr-in-charge all as shown in electrical plate No. 03 of SSR part-I 2009 having pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x6mm grouted in PCC pit for CI cover of required size, funnel with wire mesh complete and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Result of the earthing should be less then 2 ohms if not achieved the new earthing to be carried out without any extra cost.

Supply and fixing copper strip 20x3mm complete with saddles/ insulators made out of PVC or fibre and fixing screws for roof conductor/down conductor including welding or brazing for joints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for scraping out existing wornout disifigured paint from the super structure of Air heating plant with the help of sand/empry paper or blow lamp and re-painting the superstructure with two coat of anti-rust superior quality synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/cum with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier thickness of insulation as specified and including the following : (a) M&L for cleaing the duct surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc to make the surface completely free of millscale dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage (b) M&L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound (c) M&L for sealing of all longtitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including aluminium foil tape 50mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof (d) M&L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/steel straps of size 12mm/50mm at maximum intervals of 1.2mtr .

Taking down old/unserviceable security light fitting, Avaition light fitting, flame proof light fittings and bulk head light fitting, of any type and make, from electric pole, roof /wall of the bldgs or any location any capacity from any height any situation, repairs to the extent by removing connections from the system checking of unserviceable spare parts and serviceable parts , replacement of unserviceable parts with new spares and testing complete, tightening the loose connection and made it functional, reassembling the fitting including re-fixing/ re-hanging the same after repair in existing location or other location (as directed) including replacement of three core copper cable of size 1 Sqmm and tesing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : i)Spares required for repair (except connection cable) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only items here-in-after and the cost of connection cable shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) If complaint not completed within the days then Rs 100/- of penelty will recovered for per compalint/per day

Supply & fix in replacement electronic driver suitable for LED light fitting 60 to 150 watt, 240 volts as recommended by OEM complete all as required at site and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fix in replacement surge protection 10KV suitable for LED light fitting 60 to 150 watt watt complete all as required at site and as s directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fix in replacement cable junction box with 3 No SP terminals, with IP 66 protection made of DK thermoplastic, weather proof, shock proof, halogen free for hazardous areas with internally embedded gasket and metric knock outs for cable entry suit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L complete for repair to operating panel of high mast light including replacement of contractor, coil and timer or any defective spares/items as required at site for making complete serviceable including testing for satisfaction to the Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fix in replacement street light fitting, powder coated, pressure die cast aluminium IP 66, 120 to 150 watt with 100Lm/watt compact LED light with heat resistant toughened glass with lens, complete and making connection from junction box to fitting in PVC conduit by using PVC cable with copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm 3 core,fixing in existing brackets with required addition/alteration if any complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, laying of cables and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down the voltage stabilizer of cap 10KVA to 200 KVA for repair/Maint. Including dismentling the unseviceable/defective parts and refixing to the stabilizer after testing all as specified and directed by Engr –in-charge. (replacement of defective parts are paid under respecive items)

Supply and fixing in replacement for printed control card circuit Board suitable for any make voltage stabilizer of Capacity 20 KVA to 200 KVA including connections by soldering all as specified or required on site and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement holder for printed control card circuit suitable for any make voltage stabilizer including connections by soldering all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing in replacement control transformer with primary voltage 230 volts and secondary voltage any desired voltage between 12 volts to 60 volts to suit the control circuit of the stabilizer as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement limit switch suitable to cut off supply to control motors on high. and low set limits as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing synchronous motor single phase AC 230 volts suitable to work with voltage stabilizer of capacity upto 200 KVA Make -Paradise with torque 3 Kg/ CM complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement gear suitable for synchronous motors to operate the shaft for variable dimmer stat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement push button any type and size as per sample, suitable to operate the synchronous motor manually complete all as required at site and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement variable resistance (pre set) with lock nuts suitable for fine adjustment of output voltage on auto mode complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for scraping old paint from the voltage stabilizer 3 phase upto 200 KVA cap and preparation of surfaces for painting. Repainting the voltage stabilizers by spraying synthetic enamel paint of approved colour, writing SM/MES No and cap with white paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing in replacement brass studs with nuts, washers etc complete including porcelain bushes as per sample suitable for voltage stabilizers / Transformer above up to 315 KVA cap any make all as required at site and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement air breather filled with silica gel suitable for transformer any type up to capacity 315 KVA as per site requirement and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for fabrication, installation and testing of LT feeder piller box floor mounted dust/vermin proof outdoor type, powder coated of size 0.60x0.85x0.50 mtr factory fabricated, made out of MS sheet of thickness 2mm mounted on angle iron legs made out of angle iron of size 40x40x6mm withn friont & rear opening with locking arrangement, powder coated, contain bus bar chamber to accommodate 3phase & 1 neutral copper busbar of size 20 x 10mm fixed on epoxy based insulators in horizontal position(steped manner) in feeder pillar including necessary excavation and PCC work 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (Note) All accessories pre wired with suitable size copper conductor cable including making necessary arrangements for fixing all as required at site or directed.

Material & Labour in repair of AMF Panel of DG Set of Capacity upto 62.5 to 82.5 KVA of any Make and capacity with replacement of spares as reuired on site like control relay, contractor, control card, Holder for control card, Control Transformer, variable resistance (pre-set), wires, , buttons, Indicators, , etc and repair of auto changeover mechanisum(excluding replacement of MCCB & Chaneover switch) and makes it serviceable as specified and directed by engineeer-in-charge. (Note : any item related to this plant included spares are not measured in any other item and no payment is done in any other item)

Material and labour for filling of new transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV complete including centrifuging of oil (if required) up to getting dielectric strength near 60 KV all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material & Labour for fabrication, supply, installation and testing of LT panel KIOSK type floor mounted dust/vermin proof outdoor type double door, powder coated of size 1.5x1.2x0.6 mtr or suitable for given items, factory fabricated, made out of MS sheet of thickness 2mm mounted on angle iron legs made out of angle iron of size 40x40x6mm withn friont & rear opening with locking arrangement, powder coated, contain bus bar chamber to accommodate 3phase & 1 neutral copper busbar of size 40 x 10mm fixed on hydroscopic based insulators in horizontal position(steped manner) in upper part of panel; In middle part of panel provide seprate chambers for 01 No. incomming MCCB and 03 Nos. for Outgoing MCCBs connected to busbar by copper strip of size 20 x 5mm; bottom part acoommodate connections of Cables complete all as required on site and as directed by Engineer-incharge including the Following :-(a) MCCB 125 Amps TPN 35 Ka (adjustable type) . I/C - 01 No. (b) MCCB 63 Amps TPN 35 Ka (adjustable type) . O/G - 03 No. (c) Digital Multi-function meter – 01 No (d) Set of selecor switches - 01 Set (e) Indicator lamps (R, Y. B) – 01 Set.
