Complete removing paint from surface of Panel box and M & L for 02 coats of painting with approved colour of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer for size of Panel boxes from all in & out side incl angle iron frame work min 04 Sqm area of sheets including angles canopy and legs etc. Note: Permission to shutdown of electric supply to the panel to be taken from MES before commencement of work.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing factory made (including CPRI test certified ) LT panel box (KIOSK) out door type mounted on MS angle ISA 40X40X5mm stand suitable for 415 volt , 3 phases, 4 wire , 50 Hz AC supply system all as specified and directed having busbar chamber with insulated copper bus bars 200 amps rating installed on percelain insulators, the panel shall be dust and vermin proof double door made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet outer & 2.0mm thick inner and individual compartment for MCCB/MCB & volt/Amps meter.The complete feeder pillar box should be powder coated including connections between main bus bar to outgoing MCCB/MCB shall be carried out by copper busbar 63Amps and above MCCB & below 63Amps by 16 Sqmm copper cable. Front opening type with approach for cable entry with double door shutter including locking arrangement as per manufacturers instruction with 2 Keys complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) Drawings of LT panel shall be got approved by GE beforeoreder placing to Manufacturer. (ii) Panel stand shall be made out of 40X40X5mm ISA angle of 60cm height and appropriate size as per panel. The same should be fixed in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 below ground level 30cm and above ground level 20cm.

M& L for Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate electrode at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level and including GI earth strip 32x6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate electrode at one end connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipment etc at the other and earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top of earth plate electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25x6 mm flat iron clamps bolts, nuts and washers and including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI Pipe electrode complete all as specified and shown in elctrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. the scope of work includes necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil. removal of soil upto 50 metre PCC pit with precast RCC cover, charcoal/salt funnel, CI frame etc complete all as specified & directed.

NOTE:(I) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O, using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC(1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover. Reinforcement in cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm c/c both ways. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth strip. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order (iii) Item includes cost of 7.5 metre earth lead strip .Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iv) Earth electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thinkness of 15 cm on all sides.

Demolition of old PCC and M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foudation,filling and mass concrete complete

Demolition of old PCC and M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/ coping including necessary formwork, fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement.

M&L for disconnection of LT panel incl LT cables of size upto 240Sqmm X 3.5/4core from existing foundation and reconnection with same panel after taking necessary corrective action to lift the panel height incl excavation and taking down existing cable with loop, providing new AL lugs and cable gland of appropriate size,insulation tape etc to restore electric supply incl necessary iron work to modify height of existing LT panel upto 1.2 Mtrs above existing level incl necessary welding work,nuts & bolts and 2 coat of paint with existing color over one coat of primer and required necessary PCC work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: PCC shall be measured & paid separately under respective item.

Supply and fix electronic meters temper proof LCD display with polycarbonate cover 230 V, 10-60Amp, accuracy class-I 50Hz, conforming to IS13779, IP-54, with parameters to show data, time,current reading, load, PF, voltage and KWH complete incl taking down old unsv eletric meter & deposit to MES store yard
