Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with M - Sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc., complete as per standard specification.

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement four M sand and eight broken Machine crushed stone jelly) using HBG Machine crushed stone jelly of size 40mm gauge for founding and basement including de- watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cms thick etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement Two M sand and four broken Machine crushed stone jelly) using HBG Machine crushed stone jelly of size 20mm gauge for founding and basement including de- watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cms thick etc., complete

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5: 3 (One cement one and half M sand and three broken Machine crushed stone jelly) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite jelly for all RCC works such as slabs, beams, footings, staircase waist slabs, steps, landing beams fins, boxing, vertical louver, drops, window sill slabs projection and other similar works including laying curing etc., complete

For Foundation and Basement

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane sufaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedastals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc., which required only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cmx6.5cm space at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc, complete in all floors complying with standard specification. ( Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality of Second class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks 9"x4-3/8"x2-3/4" for foundation and basement including curing etc, complete complying with standard specification.

For Foundation and Basement

Plastering the walls with Cement Mortar 1:5 - 12 mm thick using the M sand including curing and finishing neatly complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete.

Plastering the flooring with Cement Mortar 1:4- 20 mm thick using the M sand including curing and finishing neatly complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete.

Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)

WET MIX MACADAM Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 150 mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Supply and fixing of precast kerb wall size of 0.3x0.45x0.10m laying with C.M.1:3 including labour charges ,transporation , neatly finshing etc..,,

Supplying, fabricating, testing and commissioning of Artificial water falls of leant 30 feet, width of 10 feet and height of 16 feet with pond of length 25 feet, width of 15 feet and depth of 3 feet as shown in drawing. The rate includes the cost of materials, pump room submersible motor pump, Labour charges, transportation, loading, unloading and painting etc, Complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply & stacking of red earth at site to the departmental guage for pre-measurements which is of light textured, crystalline, porous and friable and not of generally acidic or neutral but not of alkaline and should be fertile, including seignior age charges, cost of transportation, loading, unloading, stacking and inclusive of all taxes etc.,complete.
