Taking down the following Air conditioner carefully from the installed position, dismantling the complete unit, applying blower to remove the complete dust, cleaning all the components with suitable cleaning agent, combing the condenser coil for better efficiancy and re-assembling the complete unit and re-installing in its original position and testing on completion complete all as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Disconnect and remove unserviceable thermostat and supply and fix new thermostat suitable for existing model of following cooling appliances complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. (Make- Bluestar, Godrej, Voltas).

Taking out the burnt fan motor from the following cooling appliances and supply and fix new fan motor suitable for existing model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable Swing motor of split type air conditioner and supply and fix new Swing motor suitable for existing model of indoor unit of split type air conditioner of capacity upto 2.0 TR including necessary connections and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in- Charge.

Disconnect and remove unserviceable compressor and supply and fix new sealed rotary / reciprocating compressor including brazing the suction / discharge lines suitable for existing model of following cooling appliances, filling the gas and testing on all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Bluestar/ Godrej/Voltas/Carrier/Hitachi.

Disconnect and remove unserviceable compressor and supply and fix new sealed rotary / reciprocating compressor with built-in OLP, thermostat including brazing the suction / discharge lines suitable for existing model of following cooling appliances, filling the gas and testing on all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Make : Kirlosker/Tecumseh/ Sriram/ Voltas/Carrier.

Upto 265 Ltrs Capacity Refrigerator/ deep freezer of capacity 410 Ltrs. Note for Item No 12 & 13: Cost of brazing, filling refrigerant gas as existing, testing etc deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Material & labour for filling up & charging of R-22 refrigerant to the cooling appliances all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for filling up & charging of R-134a refrigerant to the cooling appliances all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.( For Cassette AC 4 TR)

Material & labour for filling up & charging of R-410a refrigerant to the cooling appliances all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ( For Tower AC 7.5 TR). Note for Item No 14,15 & 16: (i) Gas quantity will be measured physically by weighing gas cylinder before filling and after filling. (ii) Suitable weighing machine for measuring gas quantity shall be provided by contractor and cost is included.

Flushing and leak testing the complete system with nitrogen gas and making good leaking portion by brazing and topping up compressor oil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note: Cost of brazing and topping up of compressor oil is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Taking out unserviceable air filter and supply and fix new air filter cleanable, indigenous of suitable size for the window / split type air conditioners of capacity upto 4.0 TR complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable plasma filter and supply and fix new plasma filter suitable for the 1 to 2 Ton split type air conditioners all as specified and as directed by the Engineer -in- Charge.

Taking out unserviceable condensor fan blades and supply and fix new condensor fan blades of existing/suitable model for the window type/out door unit of split type air conditioner of capacity upto 2.0 TR complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Taking out unserviceable front panel and supply and fix new front panel (grill) suitable for existing model of window type air conditioners of capacity upto 2.0 TR complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge

Taking down old unserviceable thermal insulation and Supply and fix and new thermal insulating puf for suction and discharge copper tubes of split type air conditioner of capacity upto 2.0 TR, neatly tying the ends with PVC insulation tape complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in Charge. Note Old insulation puff will be dumped at nearby dustbin.

Filling the gaps between wall and refrigerant piping with white cement to prevent rodents entry and finishing smoothly to match with sorroundings.

Taking out the unserviceible remote PCB sensor unit and supply and fix new Remote and PCB sensor unit assembly suitable for existing make of window / split type air conditioners of capacity upto 2.0 TR complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out the unserviceible remote PCB sensor unit and repair & refixing PCB sensor unit assembly duly replacing burnt electronic parts, soldering etc all as per existing make of window / split type air conditioners of capacity upto 2.0 TR complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Cost of soldering, S&F of new electronic parts like resisters, transistor etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Taking down unserviceable condensing coil unit and supply and fix new condensing coil unit suitable for window / split type AC of capacity upto 2.0T, as per the existing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down unserviceable condensing coil unit and supply and fix new condensing coil unit suitable for Refrigerator of capacity upto 310 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Pumping down the AC, taking carefully the indoor and outdoor units along with voltage stablizer of split type air conditioner of capacity upto 2.0 TR by disconnecting all electrical connections, suction and discharge lines from its installed position and shifting to another location, making hole into brick/stone wall & filling back with white cement where directed and installing the indoor and outdoor units alongwith stablizer at specified location and connecting all the electrical, suction and discharge lines, topping up the gas as required and testing on completion for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Gas, Copper tube, Insulation puff, Connecting wire as required additional shall be measured seperately under relevant item).

Taking down old unserviceable copper tubes and Supply and fix new copper tubes of suitable size for suction and discharge lines for split type air conditioners including necessary brazing, testing on completion all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- One run of suction, one run of discharge pipes shall be measured as one unit length. However, cost of puff insulation will be measured and paid seperately.

Taking down unserviceable plug and socket of any description, supply and fix single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket along with a 20 to 30Amps rated SP MCB, 230 volt, 50 HZ as required at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Anchor/Havells/HPL/Indo-Asian/ Standard.

Disconnect and remove unserviceable PVC connection, supply and fix new PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in Charge. Make : Prayag or equivalent

Taking out unserviceable push button tap and supply and fix new Self-closing taps, cast copper alloy, chro-mium plated, screwed of size 15 mm dia bore suitable for water cooler complete all as specified and directed by Engieer- in - Charge. Zoloto/Leader/HM/Shakti/Prayag.

Taking out unserviceable stop valve of any description and supply and fix new stop valves, cast copper alloy screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions of size 15mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engieer- in - Charge. Make : Zoloto/Shakti/Prayag.

Taking out unserviceable waste water tray of any description and supply and fix new steel waste water tray suitable for existing water coolers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Taking down the corroded body of water cooler of any capacity, tinkering the corroded sheet metal parts, bottom base, angle iron frame, fan motor base plate, side covers, legs, door etc. with appropriate gauge MS sheet, angles by welding and brazing, renewal of nuts and bolts sheets metal screws, re-assembling, preparing the surface and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer including renewal of door gasket where ever required and transportation.

Taking down the corroded outdoor unit of split AC, of capacity 1 ton,1.5 ton and 2.0 ton capacity and carrying repairs to sheet metal parts, tinkering the parts by cutting and replacing corroded sheet metal parts like base plate, fan motor base plate etc. with appropriate gauge of MS sheet as existing including bending to match with the existing size, welding, brazing and assembling, replacing all nuts and bolts, sheet metal screws and painting the complete body with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer and transportation.

Taking down the window type AC unit of 1 ton,1.5 ton and 2 ton capacity and scraping out cleaning and preparing the surface of shell cover and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer and reassembling the unit including replacing all corroded sheet metal screws and fixing back to the position and sealing air gaps around the outer cover with foam/thermocoal and testing.

Checking the AC indoor unit for water leaks, cleaning the choked drain out pipe lines aligning with proper slope.

Taking down unserviceable single pole contactor and M& L for single pole contactor for out door unit of Air conditioner of capacity up to 2.0 TR.

Taking down burnt wiring and M&L for rewiring all as existing for out door unit of Air conditioner of capacity upto 2.0 TR.

Taking down Existing unserviceable Indoor assembly and Supply and fix new Indoor assembly of split type AC of Capacity upto 2.0 TR as per existing model or as approved by GE complete, connecting wires, copper lines and testing all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Old Indoor assembly will be deposited in the AGE E/M store.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring of any description and M&L for sub main wiring with 3 runs of 6.0 Sq mm (Ph+E+N), FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded, 1100 volts grade copper conductor cable, single core, drawn through and including PVC casing caping of size 32mm with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed . Note: Three runs (P+N+E) of 6 Sq mm copper cable and one run of casing caping and accessories shall be measured as one unit length.

All as above but wth 3 runs of 4 Sqmm with casing caping of suitable size

M&L for Machine print stickering of MES No containing 10-15 characters over the appliances plastic stickering paper in font size 14 & bold complete all as specified and directed.

Attend the emergent complaint of any type / any time of all types of cooling applainces in RMS, one mechanic and one helper along with required tools. Note : Attendence of six complaints in one block shall be concidered as one job

Supply and laying or passing through pipe,1100 volt grade heavey duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with aninner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1mtr apart including 4mm suspension wire one twin core cable flat or round 10 Sqmm 2 core stranded conductor including taking down old UNSV one complete as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge .
