Attending repairs to the sheet metaling of entire body, fixing of mudguard, driver seat, footsteps, door repairing and setting dash board repairing works etc., by gas welding as per the direction of EIC including cost of all materials such as sheets, gas welding/ electric welding materials, cost of all labour charges, transportation charges, including cost of all taxes and duties, GST etc., complete.

Removing all the glasses from doors, Rear Doors, replacing the beedings, wind shield, door and cabin rear and repairing door channels, providing rear view mirror on both sides with new one Rear view mirror at the centre of the vehicle to inside view etc that includes providing and fixing rubber beeding without any deviation including cost of rubber beeding but excluding the cost of door glasses, old removed glasses may be reused for this work and etc., as per the direction of EIC, including cost of all labour charges, materials, transportation charges, minor tools and plants, including cost of all taxes and duties, GST etc., complete.

Removing and dismantling the gear box, pressure plate, release beairng, clutch assembly, slave cylinder & replacing the clutch plate, universal joints of steering and defective worn out parts with ISI marked spares, including replacing the gear shifting linkages, including cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation charges, including cost of all taxes and duties, GST etc., complete.

Attending repair works to entire brake system, suspension system, steering systems by replacing the master cylinder assembly, wheel cylinder assembly, servicing Brake drums, replacing brake shoe, brake pads, readjusting the brake cam, changing the brake lines and hoses, replacing all the defective universal joints, replacing the damaged or worn out spring leaf, bush, pin, defective centre bolt and U Bolts, cross bearings of propeller shaft, tie rod ends, ball joint assy, swivel pins etc., as per the direction of EIC including cost of all taxes and duties, GST etc., complete.

Rmoving and dismantling the steering box and connected links and replacing the defective parts such as tie rod ends, assembly centre link, front antiroll bar rubber bushes and clamps, shock absorber bush, friction pads, etc., including servicing of steering box, including cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation charges, including cost of all taxes and duties, GST etc., complete.

Painting the whole body & chassis etc., by conventional method of spray painting, after levelling the body perfectly so as to minimise the use of metal paste and putty, using high quality of automotive paints of approved colour, primer PS gray etc., rubbing and polishing the vehicles, including replacing the outer rubber beeding with new one, including cost of all materials, paints, thinner, hire charges of painting guns & compressor, cost of all labour charges, cost of tools & plants, including cost of all taxes and duties, GST etc., complete.

Attending repair works of driver seat, passenger seat including upholstery works, replacing the entire seat covers of Drivers, passengers with new covers, providng ceiling cover as directed by EIC including cost of all materials labour charges, transportation charges, including cost of all taxes and duties, GST etc., complete.

Attending complete electrical works inlcuding new wiring harness, replacing of wiper motor, replacing of wiper arm, all electrical fittings such as headlights, replacing of cabin lights, indicators, horn assembly, servicing of starter and alternator, inlcuing cost of all ISI marked spares parts, all labour charges, transportation charges, including cost of all taxes and duties, GST, etc., complete.

Providing and fixing stickers in various colours all round the vehicle as per MV Act , painting name boards on both sides of the vehicle and as per the direction of EIC, including cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation charges, including cost of all taxes and duties, GST etc., complete.
