Demolition of sunken slab floor of WC and Bath including WC trap etc incl taking down loose filling of aggregate in any type and removing where direted and providing water proofing treatment of sunken slab as follows:- (a) 15mm thick rendering on vertical sides of RCC slab in CM 1:3 mixed with chemical " PIDIPROFF LW of Dr Pidilite or equivalent " as per manufacturer instructions. (b) Cleaning the concrete surface by brushing and watering and remove all surface inperfections. (c) Fixing 40mm dia Pipe 450mm long at bottom of the sunken floor and wraping of bath seal tape on the pipes inserted through walls to floor area and seal it (Bath seal tape product of Dr fixit or equivalent and grouting around the inserted pipes by pouring Dr fixit bath seal or equivalent grout as directed (d) Make angle fillets by mixing sand cement and Dr fixit pidicrete URP or equivalenont all corners. (e) Brushing neat cement slurry two coats with high performance cementitious polymer water proofing coating of Dr fixit bath seal WPC or equivalent of thickness 1mm in combination of WPC and cement (1:1.5) by vol and giving upto height 15cm from top of floor level slab and allow it dry completely. (f) Fill the sanitary gaps with sealing compounds complete.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for filling in sunken slab complete all as specified and as directed .

The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33 mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x300mm abd soaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to be structural soffts by approved hangers at 1200 mm maximum centrers. Hangers of GI wire 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug level and justers and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be grater than 450mm from adjacent wall, Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stiching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to from 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independtly. 600x600mm dodules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour including dismantling of existing false ceiling and boarding any description all as per manufacture insturction.
