M&M&L for premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled Sensor paver, duly rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller and vibrating roller etc, complete all as specified and directed. (consolidation thickness 75 mm or less). Notes:- The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements: (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt. approved Lab and the same shall be got approved from the GE before providing Bituminous Macadum. (ii) In case of variation in the bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparison with the bitumen content as specified above, the variation in quantity of bitumen shall be adjusted @ Rs.42 per Kg.

M&L for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and Applying evenly a priming/tack with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L bituminous premixed Semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40mm thick consolidated thickness @ 5.50 % binder (paving bitumen grade 30(VG-30) content by weight of total mix in mechanical and hot mix plant and pre mixed materials laid with Sensor paver rolled and compacted to required camber and with 8-12 ton power roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 completed all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- 3M 290 Series or Equivalent of make Dark Eye as aprroved by GE)

Supply and fix in Repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in Repair 80 cm dia sefty convex mirror made of polycarbonat injsclions moulding plastic body with brackets of 2 and half inch and holding down pipe of 2 inch dia of 3 feet length, suiteble for both indoor and outdoor application. the polycarbonate front has flexiblity becouse of which the mirror does not usally crack due to heat complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 1.00 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n.exc 10cm wide on roads pavments with hot applide thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturesers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Demoliton of cement concrete in ground floor paving exc 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.
