Removal of excavated material soils to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the straight point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm as in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning using dry and clean tibba sand in two layers, first layers of 80mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150mm thick after laying of cable in trenches/ducts including consolidation of each layers complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for un-reinforced pre-cast concrete cable covers, class LV type-1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm thick complete all as specified.

Taking out defective cable XLPE/PVC sheathed 1100 volt grade heavy duty armoured with aluminium conductor from trenches shifting serviceable cable for relaying and depositing unserviceable cable in store yard of AF BKN located at a distance of 1.5 KM( Approx) complete all as specified and directed for the following( ITEM no. 07 to 12):-.

Material and labour in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground, vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick and packed layers of charcoal, dust and common salt, earth GI strip of size 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and of earth wire protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh complete including excavation and earth work, PCC chamber and cover in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in lieu of CI cover and frame etc all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 (Part-I), complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair/ maintenance and servicing of DG set capacity 400/320 KVA comprising diesel engine, AMF panel and micro processor based control panel and taking down the unserviceable spares / parts required for the periodical service / maintenance of 400/320 KVA DG Set 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire 50HZ. Draining out the old engine oil, filling of new engine oil, top up of coolant, changing of all filter elements, cleaning and washing the oil sump with kerosene oil to make it free from dust and unwanted particle. Cleaning of radiator thoroughly with soda ash powder, top up of coolant, greasing and lubricating all mobile parts and making it fully functional and testing the same on full load in the presence of Engineer - in - Charge. Note : (a) Spares parts required for replacement like Air filter, Oil filter, engine oil, coolant etc. shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule. (b) Contractor shall attend breakdown of DG Set with in the period of contract including Sundays and holidays. (c) Minor parts required over all cost upto Rs 1000) also included in the rate quoted.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC cable end terminal box outdoor type, 14 x 14 cm, PVC door, provision for cable incoming and outgoing from bottom, comprising of one MCB SP 6-32 Amps cable glands suitable size and one porcelein connector four way complete fixed on wall/pole.

Repair/maint of high mast pole,checking of control panel, motor stater, control wiring, gear box, switches for Up / down travel light frame,rope and gear box etc including oiling, greasing, welding of shaft etc complete if required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
