M/R to Railway aqueduct at ch 1008 of G.B.C. under Head Qtr. Section of K.C.Sub-Division No. VII, Amlagora, Paschim Medinipur, during the year 2025-2026

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor including roof. (a) upto 150 mm. thick

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of wall,celings etc.up to any height and in any floor including removing rubbish and within a lead of 75m as directed.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur Variety

Plaster(to wall, floor, celing etc) with sand and cement plaster morter including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and racking out joints or roughening of concrete surface including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (ground flloor) [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface].

Neat cernent punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m

Making one set of scaffolding only for replacing glass panels, painting, uprooting plant and another repairing works of building and S&P works for external works only with 10 cm. dia bamboo as main posts at the rate of 1 metre centre to centre and 7.5 cm. dia bamboo ties @ 0.75 metre apart fitting and fixing with necessary coir, nails etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling of crack using slow - curing bitumen emulsion and applying crusher dust in case crack are wider than 3mm.

Providing and filling joint sealing compound as per drawings and technical specifications with coarse sand and 6% bitumen by weight
