M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions as in padding on roof, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.(Note:- The rate included for WPC)

M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions as in roof kerbs,bands etc or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges cement all as specified and as directed.(Note:-The Rate included for WPC )

M&L for Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-1 ,M-10 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling of sunken floor to receive floor top finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for (a) 15mm thick plaster in cement sand mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound (conform to IS 2645-Specifictions for integral cement water proofing compound) as approved as per manufacturer’s instructions shall be applied both on floor and wall. The surfaces then shall be cured and allowed to dry. All the joints of pipe shall be sealed properly as per the instruction of agency who is carrying out water proofing treatment. (b) Apply a coat of Moisture Cured High Tensile Elastomeric Modified Poly Urethane Based Liquid Membrane on floor as well as on wall as per manufacturer’s instructions of make/ manufacturers as specified. After the treatment is over, sunken portion shall be kept full of water for at least 48 hour to check that no seepage is seen from the external surface. (c) Manufacturer/ approved agencies for water proofing treatment to sunken slab/portion membrane shall be as per approved list (Note:-The Rate included for WPC )

M & L 50 mm bore ‘medium grade’ galvanized pipe as in spout including neccesary cutting to wall/beam etc and proper setting in cement moratr 1:3 , complete all as specified.

Refixing of door shutters in same opening of any description exc 1 sqm but not exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Repair the leakage/ seepage/ hole/ crack of roof sheet of any description and in any position and upto 7.5 m height using Super flash Strip 100/150mm wide .
