M&L for dewatering, desludging and cleaning of wet and dry sewage from following sumps (outer and inner) of well up to bottom of sumps by any method (manually or mechanically) by closing of all inlets of sumps and pumping out from near by manholes and opening all inlets after necessary cleaning works of sump well including flushing out the inlet pipes by suction of the pump sets installed and sludge disposed of out of defence land (AF station complex) complete all as specified & directed for the following sumps:- (a) Sewage well No. 1 sinking dia 7.29 Mtr and depth 6.70 mtr approx below ground level

(b) Sewage well No. 2, 9 & 10 sinking dia 10.75 Mtr and depth 7.30 mtr approx below ground level

(d) Sewage well No. 4 & 5 sinking dia 6.70 Mtr and depth 7.30 mtr approx below ground level

(e) Sewage well No. 6 & 7 sinking dia 6 Mtr and depth 6.5 mtr approx below ground level

Taking out and lowering after repair non clog submersible pumping set complete pump set and motor from sewage wells including disconnecting of all electrical connection and dismanteling column pipes, transportation to and from civil workshop for repairing /overhauling of non clog submersible pump set, replacement of defective parts reassembling, connecting and testing before lowering of submersible pump of capacity 7.5 HP to 30 HP complete all as specified and directed. Note :- New parts replaced against defective parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch ‘A’ as supply only.

Supply only following parts for non clog submersible pumping set of capacity 7.5 HP to 15 HP : - (a) Mechanical seal upper Make- Kirloskar or equivalent

(b) Mechanical seal lower Make- Kirloskar or equivalent

(c) Lower/upper bearing Make SKF or equivalent

(d) Oil bag with seal holder and lubricating oil

(e) ‘O’ ring set

(f) Non clog impeller

(g) Casing ring

Supply only following parts for 20 to 30 HP non clog submersible pumping set :- (a) Mechanical seal upper Make- Kirloskar or equivalent

(b) Mechanical seal lower Make- Kirloskar or equivalent

(c) Rotor shaft

(d) Non clog impeller

(e) ‘O’ ring set

(f) Gland for pump

(g) Upper/lower bearing Make SKF or equivalent

(h) Oil bag with holder including oil

(j) Casing ring

M&L for rewinding of submersible motor with asbestic insulated copper winding wire of same gauge & quantity including other insulating material etc and testing complete of following capacity :- (a) 7.5 to 15 HP

(b) 20 to 30 HP

Supply & fixing in replacement of MS flanged column pipe heavy duty complete with all jointing material of size 100 mm (length of pipe shall be as required at site) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair submersible cable 10 Sqmm copper 3 core as per IS :694 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixinfg in replacement of Steel Wire Rope 10 mm dia suitable for securing non clog submersible pump set with U clamp, nut bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying for pipes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing CI/DI pipe of 200 mm dia from trenches for repair of leakages from joints and removing stagnnated material from pipe, cleaning it properly and relaying the same with new jointing material such as tyton joints/ lead joints or any other required material at site complete all as specifiedd and directed. Note:- (i) Necessary excavation, Returning filling and removing shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Sch. (ii) Repair/ repl. work shall be carried out by contractor by taking minimum bear time to avoid back flow of sewage from wells or by making if required at sewage installations alternate arrangement of removing sewage material/ sludge from wells and deposited at from outside of AF Station or as directed. (iii) Jointing material such as lead etc shall be measured and paid seperately.

Taking out/down old unsv hume pipe any size (100 to 300 mm ) complete all as spd and directed.

Supply, laying and testing Ductile Iron (DI) pipe 200 mm dia, spigot and socket joints, class K7 conforming to IS-8329-2000 with tyton / rubber joint conforming to IS-5382, jointed and laid in trenches and connected complete all as specified and directed.

S & F ductile iron fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs for DI spigot and socketed of 200/250 mm bore all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Cast iron 200 mm bore sluice valve class PN-1.6 heavy duty both side flanged conforming to IS-14846 2000 ISI marked with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel head complete with rubber gasket packing, nuts, bolts and washers as required at site all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Cast iron 150 mm bore sluice valve class PN-1.6 heavy duty both side flanged conforming to IS-14846 2000 ISI marked with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel head complete with rubber gasket packing, nuts, bolts and washers as required at site all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Cast iron 100 mm bore sluice valve class PN-1.6 heavy duty both side flanged conforming to IS-14846 2000 ISI marked with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel head complete with rubber gasket packing, nuts, bolts and washers as required at site all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Cast iron non return valve ISI marked 200 mm dia heavy duty both end flanged with suitable size of nut bolt washer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Cast iron non return valve ISI marked 150 mm dia heavy duty both end flanged with suitable size of nut bolt washer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Cast iron non return valve ISI marked 100 mm dia heavy duty both end flanged with suitable size of nut bolt washer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cast iron special fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type, tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all socket or spigot and socket) collers, caps and plug for 200 mm to 300 mm bore spigot and socket end pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Run lead Joint for 200 mm bore cast iron pipes of spigot and socket ends, of any class and cast iron special fitting with caulked spun yarn and lead complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber gasket Joint suitable for 200 mm bore ductile iron pipes of spigot and socket ends, of any class complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber gasket Joint suitable for 250 mm bore ductile iron pipes of spigot and socket ends, of any class complete all as specified and directed.

Clearing of bushes/small plants upto root level around and surroundings areas of sewage treatment plants & other installations in soft and loose soil including surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep and removing debris to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as directed

M&L for scrapping complete, cleaning and prepration of old painted surface of LT panel board inside and out side including railing across at various STP location and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for electric / gas welding in LT panel i.e. door front/ rear, hinges, compartment etc and making good the existing surface after necessary work complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each Panel repaired will be measured as one Job.

S&F in replacement MCB TPN 415 volts, 'C' curve of rating from 40 to 63 amps, 50 Hz with rupturing capacity 10 KA, including providing thimble for out going cables complete all as specified and directed.
