M&L for comprehensive maint, Preventive and routine maintenance of 03 Nos of chilling machines Make : M/s Carrier of screw type compressor, 750 TR each, single stage, 3000 RPM, 415 Volts, 3 Ph, 50 Hz, shell & tube type condenser with carbon steel plate, copper tube, including carbon plate shell & tube flooded type chiller unit working with microprocessor base controls in sheet metal control panel, complete all as directed with following requirement / condition and for following items / equipment -

Note : (a) The 03 (Three) preventive / periodical maintenance services and 01 (one) half yearly comprehensive maintenance service to each chiller machines (03 nos) of Make : M/s Carrier of screw type compressor, 750 TR each, single stage, 3000 RPM, 415 Volts, 3 Ph, 50 Hz, shell & tube type condenser with carbon steel plate, copper tube, including carbon plate shell & tube flooded type chiller unit working with microprocessor base controls in sheet metal control panel during the currency of the contract. The contractor shall submit the record of periodical/preventive/Annual maintenance services carried out by only M/s Carrier (OEM) along with documentary evidence for claiming payment.

Note(contd....):- (b) The cost of compressor oil, as and when required to be replaced / replenished during the entire contract period is deemed to be included in the quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

Note (contd..): (c) The repair / replacement cost (M&L) of all defective parts / spares, as and when required, is deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect at any stage.

Note (contd..): (d) During entire contract period, any defective component(s) and/or any other materials which is not specified /given in Schedule ‘A’, but essential to be repair/replace, to make plant(s)/machine(s) fully functional, the cost of the same is deemed.

Note (contd..) : (f) The chiller machines along with connected items will be handed over to contractor in running condition, but with fair wear & tear which can be meet out through annual comprehensive maintenance. Hence, the bidder is advised to visit the site to assess the quantum of work to be carried out in this contract and quote their rates accordingly and no claim in this effect will be accepted at any stage.

Note (contd..) : (g) All the complained / faults will be addressed within 30 min from the time of receipt of complaint. If, contractor or his tradesmen fails to attend the complained within 30 min from the time of receipt of complaint, the compensation/penalty of Rs. 500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred only) per complaint per hr for first 04 hrs and after that Rs. 1000.00 (Rupees One Thousand only) per complaint per hr shall be recovered from the contractor’s dues.

Note (contd..) : (h) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged / brought by contractor to complete the job and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

M&L for complete overhauling of Primary pump/Secondary pump / chiller centrifugal pump set of 120 /100 HP by engaging sufficient man power and suitable T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnecting suction & discharge water lines and removing of electric connection, dismantling the U/S pump set from MS foundation, detaching the pump, opening the pump, re-metaling the shaft and filling of metal at decayed portions including all kind of machine works i.e. welding, turning, polishing etc. as required to make the shaft of required shape and size, as original, balancing the shaft and refitting in pump body; complete replacement of impeller set with new; replacement of Cushy foot anti vibration pad with and including carrying out complete repair / replacement of damaged parts i.e. bearings, bush, gland plate, gland packing, coupling assembly etc. and reassembling the pump after greasing of moving parts and reinstallation of the pump with motor in original location using new MS stud, nut, bolt, washer and other packing material etc.; checking the alignment; reconnecting the suction and delivery pipes, making proper electric connection, testing and commissioning for smooth operation at optimum efficiency, complete all as directed.

All as per srl item no 2 here-in-before but for 12.5 HP capacity.

M&L for dismantling of electric driven horizontal induction motor of capacity 100/120 HP of any type and make, by engaging sufficient man power and suitable T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnecting of electric connections, dismantling of motor, taking out the burnt windings, cleaning and washing of slots and rewinding the same with copper winding wire of existing gauge and quantity (as per original manufacturer design) including replacement of all damaged parts i. e. bearings, bush, thrust plate, thrust bearing, connector plate, insulating materials such as insulating sheets insulating paper (Class "F"), sealing compounds etc. and reassembling the motor after varnishing, heating/drying, greasing of moving parts etc. and reinstallation of the motor in original location, checking the alignment, making proper electric connection, testing for smooth operation, complete all as directed. Note : (i) The cost of winding wire and all replaced defective parts are deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (ii) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at repair shop and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

Supply and fix Pressure gauge, bourdon type, 150 mm dial size, pressure range 0-14 Kgs, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix , of Air Vent valve, 20 mm dia ISI marked with and including all fixing accessories, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement, for PVC fins Box suitable for cooling tower of 750 TR capacity, FRP induced draft type (Model : CM-12), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement, of CI butterfly valve, ISI marked, PN - 1.6 pressure grade, having Nitrile/EPDM rubber lining, SS stem, CS/SS disc, lever operated type, of size 32 mm dia bore including all jointing material i. e. nut, bolt, washer, packing material etc., duly insulated, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix three phase power contactor MO 12 type ,Aux contact 1NO+1NC of capacity 32 Amps 415 Volt 50 Hz, coil voltave 415Volt including cable with connection as per site requirment and taking down unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13 here -in- above but MO 110 capacity 140 Amps .

S & F Electronic Motor Protection relay VSP 3 with in built earth fault protection including protection with Earth fault/Over load/ lockroter/ Single phasing / Current unbalance / under current / trip indication / test facility of Aux supply 415 Volt and thermal range 32-100 Amps Capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servcing of air Handling Unit of capacity upto 24000CFM by opening of both side cover taking out the Fresh air filter cleaning the External & Internal surface of AHU, Primary air filter, wire mesh filter, Tumble Blower fan and re-fixing the side covers head covers after cleaning of evapration coil with chemical including replacing the suitable gasket complete all as specified and directive by Engineer in charge for the following :(Necessary Nut, Bolts, washers, pickings are included in quoted rate )

M&L for Periodical repair / Servicing of hot water Generator Boiler 1000000 Kcal/hr horozontal fire tube plant - 03 Nos by unscrewing of screws, nuts & bolts etc, cleaning of boiler complete by removing unwanted materials like smoke, dust, ash, burnt charcoal and PM particles etc , and including testing, commissioning of complete boiler plant in original location for smooth and trouble free operation, to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge, complete all as directed. Note : The entire work shall be got executed through OEM i.e. M/s Thermax Ltd only. The contractor shall submit the record of cleaning/services carried out by M/s Thermax Ltd. complete all as directed.

Maintenance/servicing by skilled technician/Engineer of OEM (which is Carrier) for 03 Nos of chilling machines Make ; M/s Carrier of screw type of compressor, 750 TR each with following condition:- (ii) Checking, Testing and necessary repair to be carried out and providing necessary testing report of each Chiller plant unit. (iii) Providing repairing/ maintenance by repacing of unservervible spare parts for the smooth working of all equipments. (iv) The entire equipments will be serviced in presence of skilled technician. Note: (a) Necessary spare parts to be replaced will be paid separately under respective items.

Minor spares such as nuts, bolts, washers, aluminum lugs, grease or any spare part required for satisfactory operation of AC plant, other than mentioned in this CA here-in-after are deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Provide skilled technician for attending of any breakdown of VRF type AC Plant of capacity 25 HP /20HP/ 16 HP whenever required round the clock ,rectify the fault and restart the plant within three hour after receipt of complaint of any nature i.e. Compressor, Condenser, control panel etc . Note -(i) The cost of replaced spare parts will be paid and measured separately. (ii) If complaint is not attended by contractor with in five hour the penalty of Rs 500 / per hour to be imposed and amount of penalty will be deducted from RAR. (iii) The cost of transportation (to and fro) for all kind of necessary equipment / T&P shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at E/M yard and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor to this effect. (iv) Complaint shall be lodged by telephonically ,so contractor to specify the telephone no who will receive the complaint round the clock.
