Supply installation testing and commissioning of 3 TR cassette type split air conditioning unit (5 star rating if applicable as per BEE Standards) consisting of non-ductable single phase room unit (evoporator) suitable for operation on 230 V with cordless remote control and one number of out door condensing unit comprising hermetically sealed compressor , suitable for operation on 3 phase 415V 50Hz AC supply,copper condensor ,operating on Non CFC including fixing the outdoor unit on an existing raised angle iron/brick work platform of height not less than 300mm, fixing of room unit (evaporator), providing and making all power cabling & control cable of required size for inter connection between evoporator and condensor unit (if required) including the first charging of refrigerant etc. complete as required.

SITC of copper pipe (For item No. 01)(suction & discharge together) as per design of OEM between condensor and evaporator unit ,enclosing in with nitrile ruber insulation including wrapping in white vinyl tape etc as required.

SITC of drain pipe(For ItemNo.01) from evaporator to a suitable location as per direction of Engineer In Charge as per design of OEM ,enclosing with nitrile rubber insulation including wrapping in whilte vinyl tape etc as required.

Supply of 1.5 TR inverter type,split type air conditioner, wall mounting type(5 star rating as per BEE Standard) fitted with hermetically sealed compressor with copper condensor operating on refrigerant R22/R410/R407a/Non CFC suitable for operation on 230V,50 Hz single phase AC supply including supply of copper piping upto 3 meter and drain pipe upto 3 metre(both copper pipe and drain pipe separately enclosed in with nitrile ruber insulation including wrapping in white vinyl tape etc as required).

Installation of air conditioner (Boq item No. 4) including installation of necessary outdoor stand/ making necessary masonary stand if required as per site condition, making interconnection using copper refrigerant pipeline, power cable, control cable between indoor and outdoor along with wireless remote control , installation of drain pipe etc complete as required for proper functoning of split AC including the first charging of refrigerant etc complete as required (both copper pipe and drain pipe separately enclosed in with nitrile ruber insulation including wrapping in white vinyl tape etc as required).

SITC of extra length of copper pipe (For use alongwith item No. 04 for quantity in excess of 3 metres ,which is already included in BOQ item no. 4.00 & 5.00) (suction & discharge together) as per design of OEM between condensor and evaporator unit ,enclosing in with nitrile ruber insulation including wrapping in white vinyl tape etc as required.

SITC of extra length of drain pipe (For use alongwith item No. 04 for quantity in excess of 3 metres ,which is already included in BOQ item no. 4.00 & 5.00) from evaporator to a suitable location as per direction of Engineer In Charge as per design of OEM ,enclosing with nitrile rubber insulation including wrapping in white vinyl tape etc as required.

Supply of self contained storage type drinking water cooler(5 Star rating if applicable as per BEE Standards) suitable to operate in 230 Volts 50 Hz supply with storage capacity and cooling capacity as described below made of full stainless steel body and storage tank including 1 No. of faucet for dispensing cold water , drainage channels beneath the faucets made of stainless steel, overload protector, starting relay, thermostat, float valve and all other electrical and plumbing accessories required to connect the inlet of water cooler .(Ref Technical Specification) 40 litres Storage Capacity & 20 litres Cooling Capacity.

Dismantling of existing 3TR cassette type AC indoor and outdoor unit ,copper refrigerant piping, Drain pipe etc ,shifting of the same to stores including loading, transportation etc as required as per the directions of Engineer In Charge.

Dismantling of existing Variable Refrigerant flow unit consisting of 16 No.s of 1.5TR Highwall units,2 No.s Cassette ACs ,2 No. outdoor units,copper refrigerant piping, Drain pipe etc ,shifting of the same to stores including loading, transportation etc as required as per the directions of Engineer In Charge.
