Improvement of road from Dr. SN Nanda House to Plot No. 427 in Ward No. 55

Earth work excavation in ordinary soil including moorum and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rock and boulders requiring blasting including dressing and leveling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with initial lead of 0.50 m and initial lift of 1.5m and laying in layers not exceeding to 0.30 m and breaking clods and as per direction of E-I-C

Carriage of Excavated earth by mechanical means within 5 km lead including loading and unloading with all cost conveyance T & P sundries etc complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Supply and filling in foundation and plinth with river sand, in layers including watering, with cost, conveyance, royalties, and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, carriage of water, sundries T & p required for the work etc all complete as per the specification & direction of E-I-C

PCC in prop. (1:4:8) in foundation and bed using 4 cm size h.g C.B metal of approved quality and approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete and compacting the same to required level, with compaction, watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labours, sundries and T & p such as hire charges of concrete mixer, concrete vibrator required for the work etc complete as per the specification and direction of EI-C

Providing and Laying Factory made Chamfered edge Cement Concrete Paver Bliocks of required strength, thickness & size/shape made by table Vibratory method , to attain superior smoth finish using PU or Equivalent moulds ,Laid in required gray colour and Pattern over 50mm thick Compacted bed of coarse sand , copmacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking Paver Blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, Filling joints with Fine sand and cutting of Paver blocks as per required size/Pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath , parks, lawns, drive ways, or light traffic parking and Lanes/Road etc, all complete as Per Manufacturers Specifications and Driection of Engg -In -Charge. 80mmm thick C.C. Paver Blocks of M-35 grade With approved colour design Pattern etc. complete.

M25 grade with 20 mm down grade chips (C.B.) including Hoisting & laying including the cost of all materials labour carriage, royalty etc complete.

Providing & laying at or near ground level factory made Kerb stone of M-25 Grade Cement concrete in position to the required line,level,curvature,jointed with cement mortar (1:3),including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required etc complete as per direction EIC.

Cleaning the existing B.T. surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and or compressed air to receive bituminous.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60Kg/M2 using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge work (4th revision)

Providind and laying "BITUMINOUS MACADAM" with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with Bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transportred to site laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with mechanical control to the required grade level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibrating and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works
