RAW WATER PUMPING MACHINERY & ELECTRICAL WORK

Supply, installation, testing and commisssioning of vertical turbine pumpsets with allied equipment as under (Please refer to Section 5,Sl. 2.4 of SBD)

Vertical Turbine Pump -: Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of Multi stage Vertical Turbine Pump conforming IS: 1710, [make: Kirloskar/WPIL/Mather & Platt], capable of discharging 54.90 LPS against a head of 22m consisting of bowl assembly, bronze impellers, stainless steel pumpshaft and line shaft of 8m flanged column assembllies of 1.5m length and with 9mm thick MS fabricated column assembly, with strainers, prelubrication tank, Non reverse ratchet coupling, pressure gauge, required size of sluice valve and non-return valve & all accessories .

Induction Motor -: Above mention pump shall be coupled with TEFC squirrel cage induction motor conforming IS:325 and IS:12615 having 15% more BHP than that of pump, operating on 3 Phase, 415V, 50Hz with 1500 rpm [make: Kirloskar/ BHEL/ Crompton Greaves/ABB]. Including cost of construction foundation, bolt nut, with all suction/delivery piping works required for the job, etc. all complete job.with IE3 motor

The cost shall including cost all taxes, inspection charges transprotaion to work site and earth work involved, all complete job as per specification and direction of E/I. 20 mm dia pipe.

Providing and supplying G.I. pipes (Tata and equivalent make) for usage in drinking water with quality system, The cost shall include testing of all materials all taxes central, State, Municipal, Inspection charges transportation up to site transite insurance, loading, unloading, stacking etc. complete as specified and directed.

Lowering laying and jointing HDPE / MDPE pipe in proper position including all specials by Compression fitting / Electrofusion and But fusion jointing procedure including hydraulic testing as er relevent IS Code complete with all materials for jointing procedure like Electrofusion machine ,Electric mirrior/heater/But fusion welding machine with hydraulic testing and all labours as directed by engineer in charge as per IS-7634 part II
