Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 crushed sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including mixing, consolidation, finishing, curing, formwork etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including mixing, consolidation, finishing, curing, formwork etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick masonry work in foundation and plinth & in superstructure,cable pits, trench, steps etc. using well burnt bricks from approved lot, of class designation 3.5 (classificationas per IS 1077-1992 and min. average compression strength not less than 3.50 N/mm2 ) in C.M 1: 6 to correct line, level and plumb including raking out joints/ simultaneous flush pointing with cement mortar1:4, curing etc.complete as per specifications,drawings and as directed by Engineer in charge.

15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 in single coat at all locations to correct line, level, plane and plumb for cable pits trenches, chambers,steps etc., finished smooth with neat cement finish, including preparing the surface, scaffolding, curing etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Painting plastered / concrete surfaces with two coats of exterior grade acrylic emulsionpaint of Apex ultima of M/s.Asian Paints or equivalent of approved colour and shade over a coat of approved exterior grade primer of M/s. Asian Paints or equivalent all as per manufacturer's recommendations and as per the approved sample including providing necessary scaffolding,cleaning the surface with water toremove all coating, dust, filling up cracks &crevices with approved putty, curing the surface etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M.S. Structural steel work in frames, covers,using angles, tees, flats, bars , chequeredplates, inserts fabricated out of mild steel square tubes bars, ISMC,ISMB,SHS/RHS ,angles, pipes , plates. etc of all shapes, sizes including supplying, cutting, fabricating, welding, erecting,making holes/chases wherever required andfixing /embedding in position in concretefinishing the concrete work after fixing/embedding including painting two coats ofanticorrosive bitumastic paint on allunexposed surfaces and two coats ofsynthetic enamel paint of approved makeand colour on all exposed surfaces over acoat of approved steel primer etc. completeas per specifications, drawings and asdirected by the Engineer in charge. Note : Cement concrete & excavation will be paid under relevent item.

M.S. Structural steel supplied by contractor

Fabricating M.S. Structural steel work with old GI/MS pipes supplied by department.

Providing and fixing in position, at all levels & loaction, GI weld mesh as specified below including fixing by welding, cutting, wastage and including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over a coat of approved steel primer, scaffolding etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

GI weld mesh of size 25 X 25 mm, made using GI wire of 10 Guage Sqm

Providing and laying cement concrete chequered / patterned tiles 300 X 300 mm X 30 mm thick of approved make including levelling, curing, finisihing and cleaning etc. complete to obtain required finish complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) as per specifications and drawings complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supply and laying in position of different size aggregate etc complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing & fixing of specified material for nursary shade as per designe provided by the department, all including transportion , fabrication, labour charges & other fitting, materials etc, all complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
