MS STEEL FABRICATED FRAME WORK Providing and Fixing MS Fabricated Frame Structure of custom made dummy column, including MS angle size of 40 x 40 x 5mm, making MS fabricated pillar, rectangular shape outer size of 1'7" x1'1" x10' 6" ht or as directed on site. similar size of MS size 40 x40 x5mm , rectangular frame welded @ c/c 1'3" ht. upto bottom to top ht of MS fabricated frame structure, including electric welding work with two coat of red oxide paint (make asian)etc including transportation lifting etc complete.

Excavation on existing floor for erection of MS fabricated frame structure column having excavation size of 2'.0" x2'.0" x1'.6" ht. Including back filling , site cleaning etc complete.

PARTATION WORK :- Providing and Fixing of 3" thick Plywood partation work, height upto 10' 6" or ceilling level, including making grid frame of 1'6" x 1'6" of alumimium pipe. having aluminium hollow section size of 18" x 18" with similar size of IInd class teak wood members. including 18 mm thk plywood fixing on both sides of frame and edges. including 1mm thick pasting of external laminate on both side finish work etc. including required hardware etc complete. Providing & Fixing12 mm thk. Plain toughened glass panals above wooden partation works size of toughened glass 6' 0" x 4' 0" (size of panal may vary as per actual site requirement) (Prior approval of sample and brand is necessary before use)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick folding stainless steel toughned glass brackets (make dorma) Prior approval of sample and brand is necessary before use

Providing and fixing mat finish stainless steel of 302 grade railing with top pipe of 50mm dia and verticle pipe of 38mm dia at 0.60 m C/C or as required and horizontal pipes of 25mm dia in three rows all, pipes of 2mm thick including buffing , fabricating fixtures and fastening including pipe base of appropriate diameter and ball base of 75mm dia above newel post of 75mm dia etc. complete (prior approval of sample and brand is necessary before use)

Provinding and fixing celling with eco friendly light weight calicium silicate tiles of spintone surface texture aerolite make or equivalent of size 595mm x 595mm having 15mm thick densified micro look edge and 100% humidity resistance incombustible as per bs 46 part iv and thermal conductivity 0.043 w/m 0kc and nrc 0.50 placed in ture horizantal lavel supended grid of size 600x600mm made from hot dipped G.I. steel section ion silhouette profile(white/black)wherein, main T runner of size 42mmx14mm between main tee 600mm centertocenter and secondary cross T of size 33x14x0.43mm thick of length 600mm long spaced inter-locked at middle of the first crossed T in each panel to from grid of 1200 mmX600mm resting on periphery wall profile wall saction 19mm(7+7)x 19mm x0.40thicknesses and laying flase celling for services like diffusers grills including cutting, making opening for light fitting, fixtures, smoke detectors etc, wherever required . Main T runners suspended from celling with using G.I soffit cleats of size 25X35X1.6mm of required lenght fixed to the celling with 6mm dia and 50mm long dash fastener ,4mm dia G.I adjustable rods with powder- coded/ good quality G.I. level adjustment clips of 35X35X0.8mm spaced @1200, center-to-center along main T all complete at all heights as per the specifications, drawings and as per the direction of Engineer-in charge

Dismentaling brick masonary in lime or cement mortar and stacking the material as directed with all leads lift etc complete

Removing of wooden or A.C. partation including frame work and stacking the material as with all lead, lifts etc complete
