Taking down chowkats or frames (wooden / steel) with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each and removing from site under Sch of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

(c) The fixtures given are for shutter of approximate size 0.50m x 1.50m.

The entire thickness including the water proofing treatment shall be measured in cubical content.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing neat cement slurry at the rate of 3.0kg of cement per square metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 20mm thick in CM(1:3) over levelling course when the concrete is green, mixed with liquid water proofing compound and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Preparing the rendered surface thoroughly to remove all loose particles, dirt / dust particles and applying a uniform coat of blown grade bitumen VG-10 @ 1.20 kg/sqm conforming to IS 702 over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Litres / Sqm followed by APP membrane reinforced with polyster non woven fabric 3mm thick weighing not less than 3.6 kg / sqm laid on primed surface by forced application followed by a finishing coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 litres / Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified and as directed.
