Providing/fitting of 10000 GPH x 21-29 meter head horizontal mono bloc submersible pump-2Nos. alongwith allied works at pumping station Kaghote with following specifications: - Make-Kirloskar / KSB / CRI Discharge-10000 GPH Head-21-29 meter Motor make- Kirloskar /KSB / CRI Voltage-400+10%. Job includes carriage of mono block pump-motor set and allied equipments/material from Jammu / workshop to road side Ramnagar by Mechanical transport and then from road side to site of installation by head load using tools and tackles, chain pulley block etc. The job includes, lowering of new mono submersible pump set in the source by providing / fabrication and fitment of adopters with flanges, bends as per the delivery of the mono block with compatible nuts and bolts, coupling of pump and subsequently connecting with the rising main as per site requirement, by welding using superior quality electrodes. Providing of grease gun, grease 1Kg pack., mobile oil, leather sheet-01nos. and providing of 80mm CS NRV of suitable rating as per site requirement. Job also includes providing and fitting of MUG starter-01No. of suitable rating (10HP complete with safety and protection devices and relays viz. over load protection, single phase preventer, reverse phase preventer etc.) to run the system and then test the system on full load. Complete job includes cost of machinery, equipment & material, loading / unloading and manual carriage charges, transportation charges, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. (complete job).
