Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including taking down of backing plaster to brick / concrete wall surface), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

S&F Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceedifng 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors and skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450 x 300 x 7mm thick coloured tiles, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, over and inlcuding 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete surface of verticle in CM (1:4) finished even and fair without using extra cement, shade & design of tile as approved by engr in chrg compete all as specified and directed.
