Taking down chowkat (without taking off shutter from the frame) area not exc 1.5 sqm each including making good the disturbed surface in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 or CM 1:3 all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No 1.001 above, but area exc. 1.50 sqm and not exc. 4.00 sqm each.

NOTE: (i) Payment under this item will be make combined for steel frames, steel shutters and Guard bard/Grill, However unit rate quoted shall deemed to include cost of beading, fittings such as handles, hinges,Telescopic stays, locking arrangements. (ii) 4 mm thick sheet glass and wire mesh be measured and paid separately. (iii) Weight of Grill/Guard Bars, handle,hinges and locking arrangements shall not be accounted for payment purpose . (iv) All Windows/Vent design as per CECZ TD drg No 539.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden surface, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads all as specified and as directed.

Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40 mm and fixed with stainles steel wire stapel etc complete all as secified and as directed

All as per Sl Item No.1.006 above but fixed in repairs.

4.00 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty and glazing clips in metal frame and second class hard wood beading in wooden frames in squares not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane all as directed.

4.00 mm thick figured glass, pin headed type and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.50 sqm each panes complete all as specified and as directed.

Second class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid rounded or chambered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made flush door shutters 35mm thick, as per IS:2202 (Part-I 1999) solid core construction, with block board core with decorative face veneer both faces with lipping/frame to match as per drawing fixed to chowkats all as speified and directed.

Factory made second class hard wood 35 mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze,etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc, size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-1, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled Mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other sections with gusset plates, rails braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc, to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings(exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging ; also fastening and fixing complete including painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at contractors workshop/factory before fabrication complete all as specied and directed.

20mm dia Ball float valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed inrepairs (min weight 20mm-210 gms) all as specified and as directed.

Gun metal gate or globe valves 20 mm dia with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WCs, bathroom and kitchen etc by applying cement slurry mixed with two component elastomeric acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating of make as approved in TI 5/2003 including demolition and removal of existing treatment of any type with the following procedure in sequence all as specified and as directed:- (i) Demolition of existing treatment of any type including cleaning and removal of debris from site. (ii) First layer of cement slurry @ 0.488 kg/sqm of cement mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm, the layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (iii) Second layer of cement slurry @ 0.242 kg/sqm of cement mixed with with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm, the layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (iv) 20mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with including supply of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions. Contd.. 1.043

Contd.. from 1.042 (v) Ponding the treated portion atleast 48 hours, if any leakage / seepage observed the entire procedures will be repeated without any extra cost. (vi) Provide 40mm dia light grade GI spout at the lowest point with 30cm projection beyond the out face of the wall. (vii) Sunken portion shall be filled with lean cement concrete(1:5:10), type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate. NOTE :- (i) The sunken slab sloped towards outer face to drain the water in to GI spout pipe. (ii) Coving shall be provided at the junction of slab with the wall. (iii) Nahni trap shall be 10mm below finished floor level and drain pipe dia is larger than the nahni trap size. (iv) The outer end of the spout should be chamfered.

Kitchen sink with drain board overall size 915x460mm, bowl size 410x330x160mm made out of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratary sink with plugs, washers and waste including bedding in mortar on to dwarf wall, fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union pipes complete in repairs including taking down the existing sink complete all as specified and as directed.

Stainless steel plate rack made out of of 0.63mm thick stainless steel sheet, over all size 800mm x 600mm with shape, capacity of utensiles and pattern fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Chequerred cement concrete tiles 300x300x25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments to match the colour of tiles over 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M-sand as approved as in cushioning material laid and spread in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed (rubber moulded) precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, of M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plaster surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of oil bound emulsion distemper of approved tint over a coat of alkali reistant primer on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and as directed.

Prepartation of new or previously un treated ceiling surfaces of any description and applying three coats white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of existing roof treatment of any type including cement plaster 10 mm thick and PCC 25mm thick and providing screed bed/rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with and including supply of approved water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions over and including 25mm thick (average) PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) by removing all loose gravel, dirt, oil, grease and foreign materials by jet or dry air, cleaning the surfaces mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth and providing 50mm x 50mm coving at the corners with PMC mortar as above, and applying APP modified water prrofing membrane as per IS 1654-2017/IS 16352-2017 mineral finish, 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.60kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster/HMHDPE matt black finished over compatible primer/bonding bitumen @ 0.40 Litr/Sqm and torch applications of membrane with 75mm side overlap and 100mm end lap after necessary preparation of surface complete as per manufacturer's instructions and applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint on top @ 0.10 litre/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

PART II (E/M WORKS)

Taking down carefully aluminium/ copper wiring/power point wiring (light, fan,call bell socket or power circuits) including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets, light fittings, fans etc., complete and making good the disturbed surface of walls, ceiling etc., including painting with same colour of the back ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring complete concealed with 1.5 sq.mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade multi stranded with FRLS copper conductor cable conforming to IS 694 drawn through and including non-metalic rigid PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked including accessories concealed in walls including MS terminal boxes fabricated with 1.6 mm thick MS sheet, concealed on walls with laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for housing the switches, switch socket outlets, fan regulators etc., including provision of 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, all as specified and as directed.for one light point controlled by one switch.

All as per Sl Item No. 2.002 here in before but for one fan point controlled by one switch/regulator.

NOTE FOR Sl ITEM NO. 2.002 to 2.015 :- (i) The earth wire for the points in the same circuit can be looped from point to point. (ii) Earth wire shall be taken inside the conduit. (iii) Cost of terminal box is deemed to be included in the item rate quoted for point wiring. (iv) Cost of a circuit of any length of cable from DB to any switch/ socket board to be included in point wiring. Sub main wiring power/circuit using FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 volts grade, multi stranded copper conductor cable 2 single core of size 4 sq.mm, earth continuity conductor of size 4 sq.mm green in colour drawn through and including PVC conduit of suitable size, medium grade concealed in walls/roof/floors complete all as directed. NOTE:- Two wires of 4 sq.mm and one wire of 4 sq.mm and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to earth lead by GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts nuts, check nuts, washers made out of galvanised iron connected to main switch all as shown in elect plate No 3 of MES SSR Part -I includingn excavation and earth work in any type of soil,funnel, 20 mm dia light grade GI watering pipe with chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 40mm thick of size 450mm x450mm (1:2:4) type B1 for cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 10cm c/c both ways and with 6mm MS hook etc complete all as specified including testing on completion all as specified and directed.

LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing, heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant, thermal management in multiple optics including taking out old fittings all asper Bajaj, Cat No.:- BREP 25 W LED WH C&S Cat No. LTESS36WlED/LS or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS complete all as specified and as directed.

Brackets made out of GI tubing medium grade 25 mm bore, approx length 1.5 m long including MS clamps made out of MS flat iron 25 x 6 mm , nuts, bolts, washers etc., applying two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer before fixing including removing the old existing GI bracket from building complete all as specified and as directed.
