Schedule 'A' Section - I

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing off the rubbish materials where complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and disposing off the rubbish materials where complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8 ) type- D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete incl necessary form work.

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in road side parapet / Drain all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 4.00 but except stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B1 (1:2:4) 20 mm graded aggregate) in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like any thickness; above top of footings including necessary formwork.

M& L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410 W (Gde-E-250) quality -A etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses ( Hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 20mm) complete all as specified.

M&L for raised pointing in CM (1:4) to random rubble square/polygonal rubbles uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC Type B1 1: 2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate )Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges as in coping ,kneelers,bond stone, coping etc.

PVC SWR pipes 75 mm dia in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or wheep holes complete all as specified.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel work for framed work such as grills, (12mm sqm bars for window / ventilators for guard bars) grating, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders; framed balusters; walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 75mm thick 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) as specified.all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete in surface channel and drain type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded agg) nd finishing surface even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces incl finishing surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonary etc, and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for MS angle as in fencing post, Strut cutting top[s in shape incl all necessary drilling, notching and riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc,complete all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC coated chain link fencing mild steel galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed screwed bothe ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm exc 5 cm and n exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed 9each line wire to measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, fixed in chainlinkfencing including necessary welding work all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description any position not otherwise provided complete all as specified

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and under in section, in any position framed / Unframed work complete all as specified by the Engr-in-Charge

Dismatntling of stone slabs precast tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 20 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6 all as specified.all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations,filling and mass concerete etc complete all as specified.including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing off the rubbish materials).

Material and Labour for Welded steel wire fabric n.exc 4 Kg/Sqm supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in hard/ dense soil etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair, traffic safety convex mirror polycarbonate of 800 mm dia with adjustable brackets and nut bolts fixed over post of 50mm dia 2 metre long, made of MS pipe painted in white including necessary earthwork excavation and PCC 1:2:4 of size 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 450 mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and as directed.

Amount of credit of Rs. 56110.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
