Taking down cement plaster on walls built in cement mortar etc including racking out joints, hacking for key. Scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & applying for two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating on Brick wall, SmartCare Damp Block 2K or approved equivalent, having 100% elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hydrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per ASTMC1202, crack bridging up to 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5. The coating shall have food grade certificate from laboratories like CFTRI, will be apply on both Positive & Negative side and resist up to 5 Bars of Hydrostatic Pressure. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing, etc. After coating will sprinkle Sand on the coating then apply plaster on the coating complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Cost of steel props adjustable (suspended/supported) scaffolding (6m to 7m) height, safety equipment for labours (Belt, Hook & Helmet) shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (ii) Taking down plaster and rendering plaster will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for providing, mixing & applying two component Epoxy resin concrete Bonding coat on prepared RCC surfaces as per manufacturer's instruction including prepartaion of surface by chipping and throughly cleaning of surface complete whereever required and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:6 finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 as on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement on external surfaces with and including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.
