Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One cement, four of M Sand and eight of coarse aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for foundation inclusive of dewatering if found necessary, shoring, strutting, side shuttering, ramming, curing and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick etc., complete complying with standard specification. Ready Mixed Cement Concrete of M30 grade including pumping at all floors with minimum cement content of 400 kg per cubic meter of ordinary portland cement with 100mm slump using HRWRA Ad-mix, M Sand,12mm and 20mm gauge HB stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding centering, shuttering and also cost of reinforcement grill in position but including laying, curing and finishing etc., complete and also fixing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slab wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing two legged Scaffolding using 13-15cm dia blue gum posts or casurina post or best quality bamboo post of 26.50m overall length (25.50m height + 0.50m projection + 0.50m into the ground). The distance between the two rows being 2m and the spacing of posts being 2m in both rows with two horizontal posts with 0.50m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc. in a complete form using coir and nails for the initial height of 3m and for providing scaffolding for every additional height of 2.50m for the total height of 26.50m for every 1 metre run.

Supplying, fabricating and placing Reinforcement Steel of high yeild strength ribbed bar of various diameter and grade confirming to IS1786 of reinforced concrete work. The work including decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, fabricating and placing in position at all levels and floors including lead and lift according to drawings, specifications, etc complete. Supply and use of 18Gauge black annealed binding wire double fold to tie the bars in position, chairs pins, space bars, unauthorised laps which will not be measured separately neither for payment nor for reconsilation and providing precast cement / pvc cover blocks for main reinforcement to ensure specified cover and as directed. Steel and binding wire will be procured by the contractor at his own cost. (As per TNBP No. 30 & 86)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of M Sand) 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound at 2% by weight of cement used, including centering, strutting, finishing and curing etc complete complying with standard specification. (As per TNBP No. 56 & 57)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of M Sand) of 20mm thick including centering, strutting, finishing and curing etc complete complying with standard specification. (As per TNBP No. 56 & 57)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of M Sand) 10mm thick mixed with water proofing compound at 2% by weight of cement used, including centering, strutting, finishing and curing etc complete complying with standard specification. (As per TNBP No. 56 & 57)

Refilling with excavated soil (other than sand) complying with standard specification for filling in foundation and basement etc., complete. (As per TNBP No. 24 & 25).

Conveyance the Surplus Earth to the places shown by the Engineer incharge including loading into lorries, conveying unloading from lorries and spreading in places indicated as instructed by the Engineer incharge with a lead of 1 to 2 km etc., complete.

Supply, delivery and fixing of RCC inside access Ladder suitable for SR with storage depth of 3.5m with hand rails 2 nos. of size 0.15x0.15x4.56m with steps of size 0.15x0.05x0.45m at an intenrval of 0.3m c/c using M30 concrete and RTS reinforcement with main rod of 8mm 4 nos. for each Hand rails and 8mm stirrups at 0.15m c/c with main rod of 8mm 2 nos. for each step with 8mm distributer at 0.10m c/c including cost of all materials, moulding charges, all labour charges, finishing curing etc., complete as directed by the Departmental officers.

Supply, delivery and fixing in position of Manhole Cover of size 60 x 60 cm (Heavy Duty) with frame for roof slab using Cement Mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of M Sand) including labour charges etc., complete and as directed by TANSIDCO Engineers.

Labour charges for painting TANSIDCO Board Emblem in accordance with the size and specifications as approved including cost of all consumables, one coat of base paint, scaffolding charges, writing slogans and details of scheme on the exposed surfaces of side wall in approved colour and paints etc., complete and as directed by TANSIDCO Engineers. (As per TNBP No. 66)

Construction of RCC Spiral Staircase in RCC 1:1.5:3 (One of cement, one & half of M Sand and three of coarse aggregate) using 20 mm HBGS of 1.80m dia of required height for approach to the roof of Service Reservoir with RCC Handrails including earthwork excavation, CC 1:4:8, RCC footing 1:1.5:3, GL platform etc., and also including cost of steel reinforcement, fabrication charges, scaffolding, centering, precasting charges, cement, painting etc. complete as per standard specifications. The staircase shall be braced to the column of Service Reservoir at suitable interval etc., complete and as directed by the Departmental officers. (19.45m Height for 16m staging SR)

Providing RCC (1:1.5:3) Ventilator of 0.30m dia using 20mm HBG stone including cost of all materials, centering, shuttering, strutting, reinforcement, placing of concrete, finishing, curing and fixing in position on the roof slab with mosquito proof net arrangement etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

The rate includes earth work excavation in various soils met with at the site of work, refilling the pit after the construction of pit, cost of levelling course, brick work, plastering, cut stone, RCC cover slab, cost of reinforcemet, fabrication charges and fixing the valves in position inside the pit, laying and jointing of CI pipes and specials etc., complete.
