Installation of New SS Sewer Line and Allied Works from RRU building to Tank AB of Delay Decay Tank at ACTREC

Demolishing R.C.C. work , tile work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material outside the ACTREC campus as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Piping (under ground) : SITC of SS 304 External Polished & Buffed Pipe Conforming to (ASTM A312), Heavy Class with wrapping coating, inserting in NP3 Hume pipes with required 45 degree elbow and performing for every welded joint and entire pipe length DP test, Holiday Test, Hydro Test, with all materials necessary for the test Upto 150 NB Schedule 10. above 200NB Schedule 40 including fitting, elbows, tees, reducers, painting, support, nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets etc as required with Argon Gas Welding and Welding Electrodes as per tender requirements, Al Pipes shall be despatched with End caps, Anticorrosive wrapping & coating as per IS 1standards 1/3rd overlap with 150mm wide and 4mm THICK TAPE.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland/Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. (Concrete of M20 grade with minimum cement content of 270 kg /cum )

PU grouting cutting the construction joints 20 x 20 mm in U groove, cleaning and applying one coat of crystalline coating bond and sealing the construction joint with fast setting repair mortar. Including drilling holes od Dia 10 mm at an angle of 45 degree, preferably the holes shall be drilled straggred around the cracks in the concrete upto the depth of concrete. Injection packers or nipples shall be inserted into the pre drilled holes at intervals along the length of each cracks. The distance of each packers shall be depend on width and depth of the crack. the grout shall be continuous till it oozes out from alternate packer or from the surface of the concrete, till it filled at inherrent holes cavities, voids, honeeey combs etc. Complete job including labour and material as directed by engineer in charge.

Raising manhole cover and frame slab to required level including removing of cover and precast slab providing brickwork and again laying manhole cover and slab all labour, material to the level of road as per the instruction of engineer incharge.

CHEQUERED TILES: Chequered precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

CHAMBER:- Providing and fixing chamber with cover and frame of size weight and numbers as specified including cost of necessary 1:2:4 cement concrete and 1:4 cement mortar for fixing, painting the frame and cover with two coats of approved paint of approved shade etc, complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge (heavy duty) the weight of the cover.

SITC of rectangular / semi circular ducting complete with supports etc. 3 mm thick lead sheet as per site condition and apporoved drawing and specifications as per the AERB standard of the following thickness, the ducting should be supported over fabricated MS grid of size as per the instruction of engineer incharge.

SITC of SS 304 double flanged Ball /Butterfly Valve PN-16 rating with matching flanges, fittings, nut, bolts & washers, etc. with motorised actuator provision 230V AC, with Manual Operating Wheel Provision when Actuator has malfunctioned. Actuators - Rotork or equivalent

SITC of Cast Steel (may include SS 304 component) Gate Valves with flanged ends with matching companion flages as per API 600, Class 150 , PN 20 rating OS & Y Type Raising Stem type Gate Valve , Maximum Working Pressure 300 psi, Hydrostatic pressure 600psi for Potable Water Service, Refer Datasheet for detailed specifications

Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on horizontal surface at all depth below ground level for under ground structures as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and consisting of : (i) Ist layer of 22 mm to 25 mm thick approved and specified rough stone slab over a 25 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in the recommended proportion over the leveling course (leveling course to be paid separately). Joints sealed and grouted with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound. (ii) 2nd layer of 25 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions. (iii) Finishing top with stone aggregate of 10 mm to 12 mm nominal size spreading @ 8 cudm/sqm thoroughly embedded in the 2nd layer. Using rough kota stone.

Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on the vertical surface by fixing specified stone slab 22 mm to 25 mm thick with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in recommended proportions with a gap of 20 mm (minimum) between stone slabs and the receiving surfaces and filling the gaps with neat cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the exterior of stone slab with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 20 mm thick with neat cement punning mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in-charge : Using rough Kota stone

Providing and fixing of 8 mm thick HR SS coil plate (72191200) including all labour and material in hoisting, fixing bolts and nuts or by welding, also transportation and loading/ unloading, etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
