Demolishing laterite stone masonry in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mts. lead.

Dismantling doors, windows and clearestory windows (steel or wood) shutters including chowkhats architrave holdfast etc. complete and staking within 50 mt. Lead (a)Of area 3 sq.m. and below

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory windows shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 mts. lead

Dismantling wooden boarding in linings of walls & partitions excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 meters lead. Thickness above 19mm and upto 25mm

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mts. lead.

Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix including disposal of material within 50 m lead

Dismantling steelwork in single sections in channels, angles, tees and flats including dismembering and stacking within 50 mts. lead

Dismantling of existing sanitary fitting of all size including disposal of dismantled materials from site or as per direction of Enginneer -in- charge.

Disconnecting damaged overhead PVC water storage tank of any size from water supply line and removing from the loft including shifting at ground level as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.
