M&L Injection grouting Dr MIRACLE/Dr FIXIT/SBR/Forsoc ssw grade 25kg/Sqm average grout prepared by mixing Dr MIRACLE SS/WAC powder with 2% Dr MIRACLE RETEROMER(Part B) /Aqua Bond/Dr FIXIT/SBR/Forsoc bonding Agent by Grouting Pump @ 10 to 12 Kg/cm2complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Removal of nipple and making Fair & fine by using two coat of Aqua Bond and Dr MIRACLE Part 2 Powder/ Dr FIXIT /SBR/Forsoc @ 4kg /Sqm (1.5 Kg Aqua Bond : 2.5 Kg DR MIRACLE Part 2/ Dr FIXIT /SBR/Forsoc ) with MRP glass cloth 40 GSM complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying single component, shrinkage compensated micro concrete of Mapefil 05 of Mapei or after fixing the formwork as per requirement .the mixed material shall placed into the formwork within 20 minutes from the time of application . Note: All specifications shall be as per standard practices so that concrete achieves completion strength of 25 MPa in 7 days and 50 MPa in 28 days complete all as directed.

Note: (Rate shall be included of cost of labour ,T&P for power drilling in concrete , epoxy catridges, plastic nozzle etc. complete including cleaning the drilled holes and loose dust by blowing air but excluding the cost of reinforcement.)

Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips from ground to 4th floor including necessary scaffolding and safety complte all as specified and directed.

Notes: (a) For item No- 2 to 33 (Lift Sec) :- The work shall be executed through OEM M/s Johnson Lifts pvt Ltd. The contractor shall submit MOU as per Performa from OEM M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd within fifteen days of acceptance of tender failing which the contract shall be liable to be cancelled. (b) For item No-34 to 62 :- (i) BOQ Srl item Nos 34 to 62 shall be executed first in lift shafts/well, blockwise and necessary clearance from OEM for repairs of bracings of guide rails shall be obtained before the execution of repair items of lifts in Srl item No 1 to 33 of BOQ. (ii) The method of repair of lift well/lift shaft proposed under BOQ item Nos 53, 54, 57 to 61 as per OEM recommendations. These items are to be executed as strengthening measures for guide rails, brackets of the lift well shaft. These proposed items of strengthening measures in totality shall be got checked and vetted from any NIT/IIT/Government Engineering college before executing the work on ground. The contractor’s quoted rates shall be deemed included this aspect and nothing extra will be admissible on this account.

PHASE : II

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated lifts for first year after completion of repair work suitable for serving ground + eight floor (total nine landings) with electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device of capacity 08 passenger & 13 passenger of Johnson Make lift installed at following buildings at Baird place all as specified & directed :- (i) Block No 52 to 55 and 58 to 63 of capacity 8 passenger = 10 Nos (ii) Block No 52 to 55 and 58 to 63 of capacity 13 passenger = 10 Nos Total = 20 NosLifts

---- do ---- all as per item No. 65 above but for next one year after completion of item No. 65 for the lifts installed at following buildings at Baird place . (i) Block No 52 to 55 & 58 to 63 of capacity 8 passenger = 10Nos (ii) Block No 52 to 55 & 58 to 63 of capacity 13 passenger = 10 Nos Total = 20 Nos

Notes for Srl item No 65 to 67:- (Comprehensive maintenance) (i) The above maintenance shall be done through OEM M/s Johnson lifts Pvt Ltd. Please also refer Sch 'A' Notes. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU as given in Particular Specifications from OEM of M/s Johnson within fifteen days of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract shall be liable to be cancelled. (iii) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM ( Johnson-Platinum Agreement ) of existing Lifts and copy of the agreement and along with invoice copy will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (iv) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift. (v) Scope of AMC shall include repair replacement of machines, motors, generators,door ropes, inverter/ARD system, controller parts PCBs, belts (Contd/...)

(Contd/..), rollers, gears,bearings,solenoids,break coils,chock brake shoes, liners,contactors, relays, coils, pushbuttons, door operator VVF drive,VVVF main drive,cardoor safety device limit switches,governor,hoistway door locks,indicators and other minor machanical parts. The cost of these shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (vi) Following items are not included : Replacement of car cabin, ceiling frames, panels and fixtures, hoist way door panels, door frames, sills, car flooring, floor covering, lighting fixtures, ceiling light bulbs and tubes, main line power switches, breakers, feeders to controller, hoist way wiring, hydraulic jack outer casing, burried piping, alignment of elevator guide rails,smoke and fire sensors, communication devices, security systems, landing doors,sheave rim,hoist rope & ARD battery and cabin fans. (vii) Contractor to note that monthly service will not be paid for the building undergoing special repairs/ unoccupied buildings and no penalty shall be imposed upon contractor, or all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (viii) All existing earthing of the lifts shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge.
