Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation/ for all type structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-10 (M-Ten)(nominal mix 1:3:6) in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and technical specification Clause 802.803.1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge ,including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidential. Providing and laying cement concrete wearing course standard concrete design mix of grade M-30 (M-thirty) grade design mix cement contents not less than 415 kg(four hundred fifteen)per cubic metre including reinforcement complete curing complete i as required at site which may arise at the time of laying complete for all height/depths including the cost of form work as per drawing and technical specification clauses 800 and 1206.3 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts . The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying fitting and placingTMT bar in reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clause—1000 and 1202 including cutting, bending binding and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire upto any floors including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (pug mill) carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/ base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100KN(Eighty to hundred) weight to achieve the desired density including lighting barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. as per tables 400.11 & 400.12 and technical specification clause 406. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying evenly a priming coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1)on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg (zero point seventy kilogram desh one point zero kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 (low porosity ) and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts. and other incidentals.The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg. per square metre (Zero point two zero to zero point two five ) kilogramme per square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical specification clause -503 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts. and other incidentals.The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 25mm (twenty five millimetre )thick with 100-120 TPH ( one hundred to one hundred twenty ) tonne per hour) hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five ) tonne per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 (thirty ) @ 5.4 to 5.6 ( at the rate of five point four to five point six ) of mix and filler ,transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, camber , level and alignment , rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No.509 complete in all respects including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge . The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.
