Scaffolding: Providing and Erecting double bamboo scaffolding over entire external surface area of building & removing the same after completion of the work and providing and erecting polypropylene/polyethylene dust net along the periphery during the construction to control debris & dust from spreading beyond construction work as directed by consultant and engineer incharge. Front elevation shall be measured.

Cleaning the existing terrace free of loose materials and to have a smooth surface to apply the repaing work to existing APP membrane. e paid for the laps.

polymer Modified mortar (PMM) Providing & applying of epoxy or polymer Modified mortar (PMM) of approved make especially in columns, beams, and damaged RCC Structures with polymer, cement and quartz sand ratio ,1:5:15 of standard thickness to restore all broken concrete in required proportions to RCC members including removing damaged structure or layer of plaster for repairs of steel & concrete, hand packing/trowelling, curing, making the surface rough for neru plastering etc. complete as directed by EIC (Wherever required)

Plaster Breaking : Labour charges only for removing existing metal/ damaged / cracked / loosened cement / neeru /rough casts and faced plaster or tile work with back coat at all floors and levels including leaning the surfaces clear of all loose concrete/mortar foreign materials, carting away the debris out of hospital premises including scaffolding raking concrete surfaces etc. complete with quantities to be executed as and when required and as directed by the Engineer- In-Charge.

Sand face cement plaster: Sand faced cement plaster 20mm thick in two coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat in cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick and finishing coat in cement mortar 1:3 8mm thick final rendering at all floors and level in quantities as required at site including supplying and adding water proofing compound at 2% by weight of cement for the base coat double scaffolding upto 20' height wherever necessary including hacking of concrete surfaces curing etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (Disposing/Taking away debris outside the premises & disposing as per the instruction of Engineer -in charge if required is also in scope)

Cement plaster : Cement Plastering for internal wall and ceiling with cement mortar 1:4 finished smooth with neeru over brick walls of concrete surfaces including hacking the concrete surfaces at all floors and levels in quantities as required at site including scaffolding curing, etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing windows without damaging the glass and window with shutters all sizes labour for fixing flush shutters , Labour charge only for removing & re-fixing available door shutter with necessary modification including cutting the existing shutter providing leeping patti all around the shutter.

Alignment and refixing of aluminium windows without damaging the glass and frame. The aluminium window with all necessary material such as replacing Gasket, beeding, inserting wooden block in aluminium section screws other necessary fittings over oiling and cleaning the tracks etc at various locations and making the window serviceable as per the instruction of engineer incharge. if required including removing & refixing availbale old hinges, mortice lock, tower bolts ect. fixing aligning the door shutter IN proper plumb and level etc. complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Granite Breaking: Dismantling carefully the existing damaged cracked serviceable tiles/slabs/clay tiles/Marble slab/granite slab/Kota stone/tandoor stone/Shahabad stone and all types of flooring in flooring etc. including removing the 20mm thick bedding of cement mortar stone grit or brick bat coba etc. at all floors & levels including stacking of serviceable material out of hospital premises as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Granite work: Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm GRANITE: Providing and fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished premoulded and prepolished) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills , facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Putty: Providing and Applying and Levelling the existing surface with Birla White Cement based / Coloured waterproof Putty of average thickness of 2 mm of approved thickness, brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth ready for painting purpose etc complete ( Rate inclusive of Scaffolding Material, Labour Charges) Etc. Only to be applied at distressed areas and newly plastered surface as per the instruction of Engineer incharge.

External Painting: Providing and applying One coat primer and one waterproof base coat and two coat of textured Elastomeric paint of approved make, quality and colour including scrapping the surface to remove all loosely adhered particles followed by washing with water then wire brush so as to ensure thorough cleaning and opening up all the visible cracks in the plaster, in V- groove fashion using electric cutter machine. Fill up these cracks with cement past and polymer in ration of 1:1. Finish the same to ensure crack matched plaster level all complete as per the instruction of engineer incharge.

Internal Painting: Providing & Applying one / two coats of primer & thereafter two coats of paint as mentioned First quality to the required colour scheme and as per manufacturers instructions / specifications to the walls, beams, columns, ceilings, partitions doors etc. including thoroughly scrapping the existing surface with sand papers, removing old paint, filling up crevices and levelling with waterproof putty / plaster of paris of necessary to obtain smooth surface etc. complete job including removal of stains, painting spots on floors,aluminium window frame & glass etc as to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge :With Luster Paint two coats of primer and two coats of paint. (Rate inclusive of scafflolding, labour charges, ladder etc.)

Silicon sealant: Application of black heavy duty silicon sealant as externally as per the specification and instruction of Engineer incharge.

Structural steel: At all levels including supplying cutting fabricating welding or blotting erecting and fixing in position including painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer, including cost of materials labour with chasing in wall or embedding in floor and making good the same by filling 1:2:4 cement concrete and plastering if necessary all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Corrugated G.I./PPGI Sheet: Providing & fixing corrugated sheet/GI /PPGI sheet closefitted serrated adjustable corrugated /semicorrugated sheets including overlaps, ridges if required including supplying and fixing necessary J or L hooks bolts, nutsas washer and bitumen was hers with scaffolding etc.complete all as directed by theEngineer-in-Charge.1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m².

Vitrified wall tiles: Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor and walls in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Glazed Vitrified tiles Matt/Antiskid finish of size 500 to 800mm
