CONSTRUCTION OF DRIVERS REST ROOM NEAR ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING INSIDE ALUMINA REFINERY PLANT, NALCO, DAMONJODI.

Amount

1.1.1) Transportation/carriage of balance excavated earth after back filling,building debrish,waste material,other garbage materials for disposal at the specified locations/areas,lead up to 2km as per the instruction of Engg-In-Charge.

2.8) Earthwork in excavation in foundation, trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus earth as directed within a lead of 50m. Disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed etc. all compolete as per the specification or instruction of Engg-In-Charge.

2.8.1) For depth up to 1.5 mtrs.in all kinds of soil.

2.8.2) For soft rock up to 1.5 mtrs depth.

2.8.3) For hard rock up to 1.5 mtrs depth.( Blasting prohibated)

2.1.1) Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kind of soil etc. all complete as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge.

2.27) Filling of sand under floors in trenches, sides of foundations etc. including supply of sand and watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

4.1) Providing and laying plain cement concrete (using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand)at all depths below ground level,and up to plinth level, in foundations, fillings, non-suspended floors,for flooring,septic tank,plinth protection,pavement, including tamping, dewatering, curing etc. But excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed by E-I-C.in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc. all complete [CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE]

4.1.3) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

4.1.13) P.C.C.1:2.5:4:11 (1 cement: 2.5 fly ash:4 course sand: 10 graded 40mm stone aggregate).

4.17) Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth,etc. all completed as per the instruction of Engg-In-Charge (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

5.1.2) Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of (1cement:1.5 sand:3graded stone aggreagates of 20 mm and down size) using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand, work in foundations up to plinth from any depth below ground level, beams,coloums,walls in vertical or horizontal, landing, pillars,piers,abutments,posts and struts etc. including necessary curing, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete ( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

5.2.2) Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of (1cement:1.5 sand:3graded stone aggreagates of 20 mm and down size) using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand, work in superstructure up to floor V level,roofs, slabs, lintels, beams,chajjas, coloums,walls in vertical or horizontal, fins,bressummers,shelves, suspended floors, landing, balconies, pillars,piers,abutments,posts and struts etc.in super structure at all heights including necessary curing, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

5.9) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footings, columns, suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves, lintels, beams, chajjas, girders, bressumers, cantilevers, pillars, posts, struts and stair cases and all types of RCC work at any depth below ground level/up to all heights above ground level in any floor as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

5.22.4) Bending / Binding and placing in position high yield deformed bars reinforcement conforming to IS:1139 or cold twisted deformed bars reinforcement conforming IS:1786 for R.C.C. work at all height and depths, carting the same from store / issue points to site of work, straightening, cleaning, bending to required shape and lengths as per details, including supplying and binding with contractor's own soft annealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers and return of unused / scrap / unserviceable steel to owner's storage point etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C. 5.3) Add for plaster drip course/ groove in plastered surface or moulding to R.C.C. projections.

5.15) Providing, hoisting and fixing upto all floor level pre-cast reinforced cement concrete in lintels, beams, bressummers, jalis,mouldings as in cornices, window sills, posts, struts and shelves etc. including finishing and plastering withcement mortar 1:3(1 cement: 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm on exposed surfaces to give a smooth & even surface,including centring, shuttering, and curing etc. but excluding cost of reinforcement with 1;2:4(1 cement:2 finesand: 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm & down size) etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C. . 6.1.2) Providing and laying brick masonry with fly ash bricks in foundation, up to all depth in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand ) using Nawarngapur or approved quality sand with brick class designation 50 including curing and racking out joints,scaffolding etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.( FLY ASH BRICKS and CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE)

6.4.2) Providing and laying brick masonry with fly ash bricks in super structure up to all hight in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand ) using Nawarngapur or approved quality sand with brick class designation 50 including curing and racking out joints,scaffolding etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.( FLY ASH BRICKS and CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE)

6.13.2) Providing half brick masonary work in partition walls etc. for any depth below ground level/all heights above ground level, using 50 class designation brick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) including providing and fixing 2 nos. 8mm dia M.S.bars with binding wire at every fourth course in cement mortar,with necessary scaffolding staging, curing, raking out joints etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.(CEMENT & STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

9.21.2) Providing & fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS:2202(Part-1) non-decoretive type,core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws, all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

9.1.2) Providing,fabricating, & fixing seasoned salwoodworks in frames/ shutters of doors, windows, clerestory windows, false ceiling work and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position including transportation from workshop to siteetc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

9.48.1) Providing,fabricating, making, transporting to site and erecting of ornamental structural steel work like gates, doors, windows, grills,ventilators,trusses, in built up sections by welded/bolted/riverted, M.S. bars, tees, angles, flats, chanels, C.Q.plates, pipes, round bar,square pipes,hollow sections(TATA Structura or equivalent) etc. as per specification and direction of engineer-in-charge along with approved steel fittings and painting with one coat of red oxide primer etc.all complete for all heights and depths . (STRUCTURAL STEEL/ALL MATERIALS WILL BE PROCURED BY THE AGENCY).

9.95) Providing and fixing the following standard anodised aluminium fittings of approved quality with necessary screws etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

9.119) Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

9.118.3) 25 mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762 mm X 25 mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm (± 0.3 mm). PVC foam end cap of size 23x10 mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm. M.S. tube having dimensions 19 mm x 19 mm and 1.0 mm (± 0.1 mm) is inserted along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam. The Top & Bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end-cap of the size 25 mm X 11 mm. Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge to take up necessary hardware and fixtures. Stickers indicating the locations of hardware will be pasted at appropriate places etc. all complete as per the direction of Engg-in-Charge.

11.3) Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc.all complete as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge. 11.3.1) 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

11.36) Providing & laying Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles (Johnson/kajaria/RAK or equivalent) 5mm thick in platforms, skirting,toilet walls etc.laid on bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement:3 coarse sand), applying cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm ,including supply of required white cement/colour pigment,curing, finished with flush pointing in white cement etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.[ ONLY GREY CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.] .

11.39) Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles (Johnson/kajaria/RAK or equivalent) of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White,Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete as per the direction of Engg-in-Charge.[ ONLY GREY CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.] .

11.41.2) Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of sizes 600x600mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% of 1st quality (reputed brand i.e. johnson/kajaria/RAK/equivalent approved quality) conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown or granite colour, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., all completed as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge.[ ONLY GREY CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE].

12.41) Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC pipes for waste water drainage conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion,(Single socketed pipes.)etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.

13.8) Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc.all complete as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge.

13.16.1) Providing and laying 6 mm cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) with Nawarangapur or approved quality sand on concrete/masonry surfaces including cleaning , hacking concrete surfaces, scaffolding , providing drip mould if required, watering, curing etc. complete for all heights etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

13.18) Providing and laying neat cement punning over the platsered/ concrete surfaces at the rate of 2.2 Kg. of cement for one square metre including curing etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C [CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.]

13.26) Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engg.-In-Charge.

13.42.1) Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper( ready mixed ) of approved make, after applying one coat of cement primer on walls and ceiling etc. of approved brand and manufacture on new work with approved shade to give an even shade complete up to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge, as per manufacture's specification,including scaffolding,all complete. Area must be cleaned off spilled paints etc. after completion of painting works.

13.46.1) Providing and applying arcylic paint New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm), to give an even shade after removing the foreign particle with wire brush etc. ( where ever required) on new work specified at all heights including all labour , tools , tackles scaffolding , consumables and materials required for the work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

13.61.1) Painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturers in all shades on all types of surface like steel / wood / concrete / plaster / for letterings etc. all complete up to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge ,including the cost of all materials,scaffoldings, tools, tackles and labours.

15.3) Dismantling R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

15.7.4) Dismantling of brick work In cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15.9.2) Dismantling stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

15.59) Dismantling of flexible pavement (bituminous courses) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material up to a lead of 1 kilometre, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

17.2.1) Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet with ISI marked (Parryware/jaguar/cera/hindware/kohler/RAK or equivalent) (European type W.C. pan) with white seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required etc. all complete as per the direction of Engg-in-Charge.

17.5.1) Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back half stall urinal of size 580x380x350 mm size respectively (Parryware/jaguar/cera/ hindware/kohler/RAK or equivalent) with longitudinal flush pipe, unions and clamps (all in C.P. brass) with waste fitting as per IS :2556, C.I. trap with outlet grating and other couplings in C.P. brass,including painting of fittings and cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required etc all complete as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge:(CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

17.7.9) Providing & fixing white vitreous china Surgeon type wash basin (round /oval shape) of size 660x460 mm with C.I. brackets painted in white, with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps with elbow operated levers ISI marked (Parryware/jaguar/cera/hindware/kohler/RAK or equivalent) ,32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern,C.P.brass chain with rubber plug, 32mm dia meter CP brass trap & unions complete ,including cutting & making good the walls wherever required etc. all completed as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge.

17.29) Providing & fixing of ( Size 100mm x 100mm) sand cast iron gratings for gully , Nahni trap including all materials and labours etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.

17.32.1) Providing and fixing Circular shape 450 mm dia mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) and of required shape and size with plastic moulded frame of approved make and shade with 6 mm thick hard board backing etc. all completed as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge.

17.33) Providing and fixing 600 x 120 mm glass shelf edges rounded off supported on anodised aluminium angles frame with C.P brass brackets and guard rail complete fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.

17.69.2 ) Providing and fixing PTMT Waste coupling 38 mm dia of 83 mm length and 77mm breadth, weighing not less than 60 gms etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.

17.70.2) P & F PTMT Bottle trap 38 mm single piece moulded with height of 270 mm, effective length of tail pipe 260 mm from the centre of the waste coupling, 77 mm breadth with 25 mm minimum water seal, weighing not less than 263 gms.etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.

17.71) Providing and fixing PTMT liquid soap container 109 mm wide,125 mm high and 112 mm distance from wall of standard shape with bracket of the same materials with snap fittings of approved quality and colour, weighing not less than 105 gms. etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.

18.8) Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases in walls and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.(For internal works)

19.6.2) Supplying ,laying of sewerage line with 150 mm dia.R.C.C. Hume pipe with stiff mixture of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement: 1 fine sand) after cleaning the pipes matching the slopes including testing of pipes, packing of gaskets inside the collar, all matertials ,labour, tools, tackles etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 19.21) Making connection of drain or sewer line with existing manhole including breaking into and making good the walls, floors with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement plastered on both sides with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making necessary channels for the drain etc. all completed as per the instruction of Engg-In-Charge.(CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

21.1) Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators /frame and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling,C.P. brass / stainless steel screws,roller etc. all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid in respective items separately) :

21.1.1) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) For fixed portion

21.2) For shutters and frames of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots/rollers with Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings & glazings shall be paid in respective items separately) etc. all complete as per the direction of engg-in-charge.

21.3) Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

21.3.2) With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness

22.14.1) Providing and laying grading concrete with (1 cement:2 corse sand:4 graded stone aggrgates of 20 mm and down size) on roof with required thickness as directed by Engineer in charge, finished with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3: and neat cement punning,including cleaning the surface,curing up to 15 days,at all hight/any floor,etc complete.(CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).
