Replacement of 350/400mm dia extension rods to sluice valves of outlet, back wash and washout sluice valves by way of dismantling and taking out same for carrying out repairs at appropriate work shop, rethreading or reducing check nut repairs, replacement of worn out rings / couplings providing packing etc. reassembling same to its original position with heavy duty stainless steel nuts and bolts. The job includes replacement of extension rods for beds. Length of extension rods = 4.50m with 50mm dia stainless steel solid). Complete job.

Repairs / rethreading / replacement of 350/300mm dia Sluice rod and providing of new check nut made of gun metal and replacement of worn out parts by new ones if required at site complete. The entire assembly is to be re-fixed in its original position after carrying out necessary repairs. The job includes all carriages of materials, tools and plants and shall be paid in fitted and fixed form after testing on full water load and successful commissioning. Complete job.

Overhauling of flanges type sluice valves by way of replacing of gland packing, non-magnetic nuts bolts and washers including R.I. Cloth washers, oiling and greasing. The job includes dismantling of Sluice Valve reassembling after carrying out necessary repairs, rod to be threaded in workshop. This item also including cost of welding, packing, carriage to & fro upto the workshop and back to site of work from 100mm dia Sluice Valve upto 450mm dia Sluice valve (Complete Job).

Providing and fixing of heavy duty CI handles for 350/450mm dia Slcuie Valves including all sorts of carriages from source to workshop and upto site of work complete job.

Providing and fixing of running V-Belt of groove type for air blower, the job includes dismantling damaged ones and fixing of new ones including successful testing commissioning. All types of carriage complete.

Providing and fixing of dry 40HP 100A Starter of approved make, the job includes dismantling of damaged / non-functional starter and fixing of new one including all sorts of carriages from source to workshop including carriages of salvaged materials from filtration plant upto Divisional Stores. This item also includes testing, installing and commissioning Complete Job.

Repairs to foot valves 200mm dia.

Replacement of bearing to 30HP back wash pump and motor including dismantling and refixing of the same as per the directions of Engineer In-Charge.

Supply of 20W LED bulbs ISI marked as approved by Engineer Incharge for filtration plant sites etc.

Supply of 9W LED bulbs ISI marked as approved by Engineer Incharge for filtration plant sites etc.

Supply of distilled water for batteries

Repairs to inverter.

Charging of Inverter battery.

Supply of DI Pipes and Fittings: i. Ductile Iron Pipes Class K-9 Conforming metre 3800.00 to I.S. 8329- 350 mm dia.

ii. Ductile Iron Pipe Class K-9 flanges and welding 150 mm dia.

Supply, laying, fitting, testing and commissioning of 150mm dia DI K9 bends. This item also includes providing of push on joints (if required) and carriage upto site of work.

Laying in position centrifugally cast (spun) iron S&S or flanged pipes (excluding cost of pipe).

Providing push-on-joints to Centrifugally (Spun) Cast Iron Pipes or Ductile Iron Pipes including testing of joints and including the cost of rubber gasket. i. 350 mm dia pipes

ii. 150mm dia Pipes.

Cutting holes 350/150mm dia in RCC wall of flash mixer / wsh out of filter house upto Nallah. The damage of wall due to connecting of pipe are to be repaired for making good the same with the required materials including all sorts of carriages from source to site of work complete job.

Providing, fixing of M.S fittings viz bends of suitable degrees / size to be fabricated out of 8mm to 10mm thick MS. plate as per the requirement of site. This item includes cost of lead, spun yarn, R.I. cloth and lead caulking, lead beating with insertion of spun yarn etc. The fittings should be leak proof and should be painted with Anticorrosive Red Oxide Primer and incld. all carriages, leads lifts, etc. complete.

Providing lead caulked joints to spun iron or C.I. / DI pipes and specials including testing of joints but excluding the cost of pig lead. i. 350 mm dia. Pipe.

ii. 150mm dia Pipe.

Supplying pig lead at site of work.
