Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose / soft soil and getting out for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material n, exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n, exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for laying of bricks subclass ‘B’ old size laid flat perpendicular to the direction of cable for protection of cable complete all as specified.

M&L for sand cushioning for cable with river washed sand and pinning to provide required cover as per SSR Part –I complete.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate mechanically crushed stone for mass filling/patching work in pole copping including making smooth surface matching with existing coping complete all as specified.

Taking out old unserviceable cable from tenches/pole etc

Laying, connecting and testing XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and over all sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc including taking down old unsv cable of any size complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. excavation, earth work, brick protection sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately) of following sizes :- (a) Cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core

(b) Cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core

(c) Cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 3 ½ core

(c) Cross sectional area 70 Sqmm 3 ½ core

Dismantling cross arm of MS channel or angle section from the pole complete all as directed.

Material & labour for cross arms, bracing supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections of any size and shape including nut, bolts, washers, welding, bending, cold or hot drilling holes in bolts of any size also including two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for excavation of existing street lights cables where directed and extend the loop portion, cut the britle cable and connect to street light junction box including provision of suitable size aluminium tube terminal and refilling the trench complete all as directed at site.

Material & Labour for fixing street light bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 40mm bore approx length not less than 120cm bent to shape without wielding including new clamps made out of MS flat of size 30x5mm thick including cutting, welding, drilling holes, nut bolts, washer, etc including two coats, aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as directed including taking down old UNSV.
