Supplying of labour elements for checking all the electrical installations provided in the residential and non residential buildings, area lights, electrical control panels of water pumps provided in PBC office complex and departmental colonies i.e. repairs and replacement of fused tubes, chokes, switches, Sockets, Lamp holders and ceiling fan accessories etc. checking all the connections of the switchgears in pillar boxes and attending repairs to the internal wirings if necessary and any type of electrical nature of maintenance works as and when assingned by the Engineer in charge excluding cost of materials required for replacement which will be supplied by the department on free of cost but rate including GST & All taxes, all labour charges, minor tools and plant scaffolding charges and transportation charges of all materials to work site etc. complete.

Dismantling of rotor and stator of pump, removing of burnt winding from the slots, decarbonising the slots and yoke portions with suitable cleaning agent. Heating the yoke , rewinding the motor with the suitable size of double enamalled copper wire with all the required materials with high insulation of Class - F rating, impregnated with Dr. beck Air drying insulation varnish, dressing with Nylon / Cotton glass tape, repairing of terminals and terminal board, Heating the motor and checking the insulation value and testing the motor in No load condition and rate including GST & all taxes, including cost of all materials and labour charges, minor Tools and Plants required etc complete.

Supply, installation, testing and commssioning of outdoor type floor mounted power pillar box of 1200 x 900 x 450 mm size distributin pillar box (As per drawing) made of SINTEX foam PVC sheet of 8 mm thick non extenable type with 4 strip Aluminium busbar suitable for ,LT 3 phase, 440 V, 300/200A, 3.00 no Fuse carrier of 100 Amps capacity with twin door open with locking arrangement in front side and to accommadate various size of electrical items and out side pasted with standard size of danger plate as required. The rate including cost of all materials and labour charges, minor tools and plants and providing CC pedestal as per drawing including cost of cement etc. complete.

Supplying and laying of PVC insulated PVC sheathed armoured aluminium cable of following size confirms to IS.1554(Part-I) by excavation of earth, making cable trench , laying of cable by provfiding sand protection covering etc.Rate including GST & all taxes, including cost of all mateials and labour charges etc. complete 1) 2 core x 10 sqmm cable

Supplying and Laying of PVC / XLPE insulated PVC inner sheated armoured / unarmoured aluminum power cable of 1.10 KV grade 3.5 core x 50 sq mm size under ground cable of reputed make like : Havells/ Unicab/ Suncab/ Toshicab/ Polycab confirms to IS 1554 / 7098 through DWC pipe of suitable size by excavation of earth making cable trench / breaking of lean concrete refilling of cable trench with excavated soil including cost of all materials and labour charges etc complete.
